Édouard Balladur

Former French Prime Minister

Édouard Balladur was a conservative French politician who served as Prime Minister of France from 1993 to 1995. He was chosen by President François Mitterrand after the right-wing victory in the parliamentary elections. Balladur was also a long-time political rival and friend of former President Jacques Chirac.
