Diana Butler Bass

Diana Butler Bass is an American author, scholar, and speaker on spirituality and faith. She has written extensively on the intersection of faith and culture, and has been a prominent voice on the changing nature of American Christianity. Bass has taught at several universities, including George Mason University and Wesleyan University, and has been a contributing editor to Sojourners magazine. She has also been a frequent commentator on NPR and other media outlets. Bass is the author of several books, including "The Christian Century" and "Soul and Body: Spirituality and Psychology in Christian Theology". She has received numerous awards for her work, including the Grawemeyer Award for Thought and Ideas.
