David Owen Brooks was an American accomplice to serial killer Dean Arnold Corll. Brooks was born on October 1, 1950, in Houston, Texas. He was arrested on April 8, 1973, and confessed to helping Corll kill his victims. Brooks was sentenced to 99 years in prison.
