David Ben-Gurion

David Ben-Gurion was an Israeli statesman and politician who served as the first Prime Minister of Israel from 1948 to 1953 and again from 1955 to 1963. He was a key figure in the establishment of the State of Israel and played a leading role in the country's early development. Ben-Gurion was a strong advocate for Zionism and worked tirelessly to promote the Jewish people's right to self-determination. He was also a skilled diplomat and helped to establish Israel's relationships with other countries. Ben-Gurion died in 1973 at the age of 90.
