Crystal Jackson

Crystal Jackson is a local artist from Juneau, Alaska, known for her innovative design of bear-resistant trash cans. Her winning entry, 'Wild and Clean,' features playful black bears and has been deployed to address the issue of bears turning to human trash. Jackson won $7,000 in a contest organized by the city, Alaska Fish and Game, and Norwegian Cruise Line, and donated $3,000 to NAMI Juneau.
