Claudia Chender is a Canadian politician who serves as the Leader of the Opposition in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly. She was born in 1975 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Chender graduated from Dalhousie University with a degree in law. She worked as a lawyer before entering politics. Chender has been a member of the Nova Scotia House of Assembly since 2013.
