Charles Bowser

Charles Bowser was an Anchorage police officer who resigned after being accused of driving his patrol car while seriously drunk off-duty in March. His blood alcohol level was over three times the legal limit, leading to a misdemeanor DUI charge. The incident was reported by a roommate and captured on video showing erratic driving and near-crashes. Bowser's court date is August 3rd.
