Catherynne M. Valente

Catherynne M. Valente is an American author and poet known for her work in fantasy and science fiction. She has written several novels and short stories, including the popular novel 'The Orphan's Tales'. Valente has won several awards for her writing, including the Locus Award and the World Fantasy Award. She is also a professor of English at the University of Houston.
