Catherine Hagel

Catherine Hagel was a farmer's wife and the wife of John Hagel. She was born in 1894 and married John in 1916. She took over the family farm when her husband fell ill during a flu pandemic in 1918. She is known for her farming skills and her ability to make nearly everything from scratch.
