Brother Thomas

Brother Thomas is a Trappist monk and brewmaster at the Abbey of Saint Sixtus. He has spent over 20 years studying the art of brewing and has become an expert in the field. Brother Thomas is also a skilled monk and has spent many years studying the teachings of the Trappist order.
