Bob Zimmer

Bob Zimmer is a Canadian politician who has been serving as the Member of Parliament for Prince George—Peace River—Northern Rockies since 2006. He is a member of the Conservative Party of Canada and has been a strong advocate for rural and northern communities. Zimmer has also served as the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans and the Minister of Public Works and Government Services. He is known for his work on issues related to agriculture, forestry, and Indigenous reconciliation. Zimmer is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and has a degree in forestry. He has also served as a member of the Prince George city council and has been involved in various community organizations.
