Billy Squier is an American rock musician and singer-songwriter. Born on December 12, 1950, in New York City, Squier rose to fame in the 1980s with hits like 'The Stroke' and 'My Kinda Lover'. He has released several albums and has been a member of various bands, including the British band The Sensations. Squier has also been a successful solo artist and has toured extensively throughout his career.
