Bill Cloke

Bill Cloke is a meteorologist and climate scientist who has spent his career studying the impacts of climate change on weather patterns. He is a professor emeritus at the University of Washington and has published numerous papers on the topic of climate change and its effects on the environment. Cloke has also worked as a consultant for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and has provided expert testimony on climate change issues to Congress. He is a fellow of the American Meteorological Society and has received numerous awards for his work on climate change.
