Avril Haye-Matsui

Avril Haye-Matsui is a professor at Aichi Prefectural University in Nagoya. She has conducted research on identity and the experiences of being black in Japan. Her work focuses on the perceptions of mixed black children and the changing perceptions of blackness in Japan.
