Arline Greenbaum was an American woman who was diagnosed with tuberculosis in the 1930s. She was the love interest of Richard Feynman, and their relationship was marked by a deep and abiding love. Despite Feynman's efforts to care for her, Greenbaum's illness ultimately proved fatal, and she died in 1938 at the age of 21.
