Anne Enright is an Irish novelist and short story writer. She was born in 1971 in Dublin, Ireland. Enright is best known for her novel At Swim-Two-Birds, which won the 2001 Booker Prize. She has also written several other novels and short story collections, and has been shortlisted for several major literary awards.
