Ali Hatami is an Iranian politician and lawyer. He was born on November 10, 1972, in Karaj, Iran. Hatami earned his law degree from the University of Tehran. He has served as a member of the Parliament of Iran since 2016. He was appointed as the Minister of Justice in 2017 by President Hassan Rouhani. Ali Hatami is best known for his role in reforming the Iranian judiciary system.
