Abbie Farwell Brown

Abbie Farwell Brown was an American author, folklorist, and historian. She was born in 1866 and died in 1952. Brown was known for her work on American folklore and mythology. She wrote several books on the subject, including 'In the Days of Giants'. She was also a professor at Smith College and taught folklore and mythology courses. Brown was a pioneer in the field of folklore studies and her work continues to be studied by scholars today.
