YOUr heart KNOWs

0:00Sarah, this is really funny. They just keep showing the same thing. It's because it's all the same analogy, more or less, where it's like the universe is saying, do you like that? And you're like, yeah, I like it. And then the universe is like, fine, it gives you more of it. And you're like, I fucking hate this. But I said, I want more of this. I really love this. No, I really do love this. Why are you making this hell? Because it's not really what you want. No, it is. I'm telling you it is. And it's like you try to convince yourself and try to convince the universe and try to convince everybody else, but it's not what your heart is screaming for. And so it's funny in that sense. It's like the restaurant analogy when the universe knows what you really crave is some juicy mango. And you keep going, okay, so let's go get Chinese. Okay, let's go get Italian, let's go get, and the universe is like, I can go anywhere you want. And you say, okay, Chinese and the universe, no, not there. Well, okay, Italian, well, no, not there. You said anywhere I want? Yeah, where do you want?

1:01What's your heart to a desire? I told you. Fine, let's go get some Mediterranean. Well, not there. And so you can get frustrated or angry or upset with the universe and the universe is like, don't get upset with me. I'm trying to honor your true as heart's desire. You're the one lying to you. You're the one throwing out all this shit that you don't want. You want the fucking juicy mango. Why can't you say you want the fucking juicy mango? What's the problem? Right? And the problem is, you don't know. Maybe you've never had mango, so you don't even know that's what you're craving, right? Well, then you haven't experienced enough life, right? Then you haven't gone out and tasted enough things to decide. And so your heart knows this. It's like your heart knows it wants that juicy mango. But your mind, your experience this lifetime is like mango, I don't even know what that is, right? I've never even tried that. So you don't even think of it. And your body is telling you to go here, here, and here that feels good, that will actually

2:01lead you to bump into eating mango and yet you're denying it because you're trying so hot to go here, here, and here using your thinker, right? And so it can feel frustrating or upsetting or we think the universe is against us when the universe is for us. But we're not listening. We're not slowing down. We're not quieting. We're not learning to allow the universe to lead us, to flow through us, to direct us. And how do we do that by feeling good and honoring us and being true to us and saying, no, I like that. I don't like that. Yes, I like this. And going with that flow and not looking outside of us like, oh, I'll be embarrassed if I say no because everybody says yes to this or whatever it is, right, like we're letting our eyes and our ears lead us, not our heart, not our intuition, not our feeling body. But we came to utilize our feeling body, to experience, to live.
