About this episode
母子倆在上京途中遭遇山賊打劫，這時從小習就武藝能與山賊抗衡，但最後還是不敵山寨主董月華的武藝，被抓回山寨。
董月華看寶林一表人才，想與他結為連理，但寶林理都不理，反倒口出狂言，氣得她拿出寶劍要斬他，但一時心軟斬不下去。
而寶林也求饒，願意與董月華成親，雙雙拜堂之後，香蓮與蘇來也被請上山寨，最後董月華得知寶林要上京尋父，則派兵陪同寶林母子上京尋父。
