緊張萬分的蘭香在樓下呼喊，眼看夫人就要上樓了，萬一被母親撞見兩人私會，這還得了。於是嬌鳳讓子秀躲在衣箱之中，此時正好母親上樓來到繡房。母親催促著嬌鳳趕緊準備，前往阿姨府上。不管母親如何催促，嬌鳳總是找了一萬個理由不去，好幾次都差點說溜了嘴，最後在母親的強迫下，嬌鳳與蘭香還是出門了。林府三人來至阿姨府上。
