百般無奈的徐常，只能委屈答應。程金春一見徐彩鳳清新脫俗十分歡喜，與徐常商議代理沖喜之事。徐彩鳳遇見債主-胡博脹調戲，程金春出面相救。另一方面，高文瑞與僕人-貴祥暗自商議計謀，程金春來至李府，李夫人見假冒的藍小姐如花似玉、儀態萬千，心中好生歡喜。高文瑞一見，驚覺事有蹊翹，百思不得其解。貴祥誤認為高文瑞打了暗號，匆忙跑至廳堂，佯稱公子病入膏肓。程金春見狀，看出高文瑞伎倆，氣憤地沒好臉色，另一方面，暗自擔心，是否事跡敗露。
