莊周辭官後收拾行囊準備歸家，趙王御賜茗茶糕點命漆園 園丁代為送行，園丁不解莊周為何辭官，便問到說是否要到他國做大官，莊周笑云到，其心志願乃追尋大道也，並說出了北冥鯤魚化為大鵬的故事，隨後離去，行至某山時驚見白骨成堆，實為感嘆一時疲累就在一旁稍歇，睡夢中與骷髏的交談，解開了莊周對生死的謎團。
