七國亂世，終年戰亂，齊國與魏國因定風珠一寶引發戰爭，魏國無能對抗，掛起免戰。監牢之中的龐涓怨嘆遭遇，從中聞知戰事，決心用計一戰顯能魏陽王擔憂國內無勇將抗敵，下詔若有能人能夠殲滅敵軍，賞千金萬封侯，招為駙馬榮華富貴。此時龐涓進殿請命，願以千兵克敵。沙場之中，龐涓與齊軍交戰，使用迷魂沙生擒田忌。
