趙勝年輕氣盛，不甘願父親將逍遙城交給姊夫金建城管理，對姊夫多有不滿，遂自組兵團逼宮，姐姐趙秀菱擔心夫婿安危，亦隨後觀戰，豈知趙勝不顧親情將金建城殺死。
趙秀菱情急之下動了胎氣，於兵荒馬亂之時生下一對雙兒，因恐兒子失散，於是將二兒耳穿洞，適逢趙勝兵馬來到，秀菱一時驚慌遺落大兒。
