Would you call a random person and ask them for help? EP 191

About this episode

The idea of openly and vulnerably sharing a struggle with a group of strangers, then having one of them hand you phone numbers of two other strangers, then calling those strangers and having a long conversation with them about those struggles seems foreign to the vast majority of people. However, that is exactly what happens in many volunteer-based, peer lead support groups… And I wish more people utilized these free resources. On this episode, I share a real life experience with struggle, arrogance, humility, and willingness. I would love to hear what you think about it. If you know someone that would benefit from hearing this podcast, be sure to share it with them. And, we would love a written review and rating on your favorite podcast platforms.
