But also yesterday, DJ, we had selection Sunday in college basketball, which I think we're probably in the same boat, which is where we kind of ramp up our college basketball viewing. Although to be fair, with the Mavericks having a top 10 picked this year, I have watched more one off games than normal. Games where I know going in exactly what I'm looking for, but I have consumed a little bit more than I do in years past.

1:03And one thing I noticed yesterday, and I'm curious if you saw this, what do you think of the bit now of every team having to release on social media their reaction to them being invited to the tournament? This lost it's charm a little bit. I will give you that whenever it's so seemingly pre planned and you know it's common, but you got to pay the social media managers to do their job. And I guess that's the job to hype things up these days, but I don't know. I mean, I'll never be a sour push and be like, oh, that's stupid or whatever. You know, let the let the kids celebrate. Let them enjoy. Yeah. It's a little more interesting whenever you have the smaller schools when they're waiting to see if they're going to be a 14 seed or whatever versus, you know, zooming in on Iowa state and like, okay, we're going to get a two seed or we're Florida. Yeah, we got a one seed. Those guys are just like, yeah, can we go to practice or do whatever?

2:04I'm hungry. Let me go grab lunch. We know exactly what we're doing here. Like we're we're perfectly fine. The other storyline that I thought was interesting was people have been tracking the Miami of Ohio Redhawks. Have you kept up with them at all? Uh, yeah. All season been pretty locked in. Well, people were following them because they and we love these in college football and now in college basketball. We have the big underdog stories as Miami of Ohio finished the regular season with a 31 and 0 record. Now the problem is in the first round of the Mac tournament, they lost to UMass. So people were wondering like, okay, where do you put a team like that? You know, I can say that again, we have this exact same conversation when it comes to trying to figure out where to put smaller schools when they have to be decided for the college

3:06playoff. It's easier now in the college football playoff because you have 12 teams. So it's easier to sneak one of those teams in when it was four. There was no chance they were going to get considered, but now you have Miami of Ohio who is in the tournament and they are playing SMU and a game on Wednesday, which is interesting here because that'll be of course, Rich Phillips, he's excited about that game, but I've been keeping up with with Miami of Ohio and when I saw they lost to UMass and the Mac tournament, I was like, that doesn't show favor to the committee of how great you're going to do in a big setting if you can't even win your conference tournament. Yeah, but with a 68 team field and you go undefeated in the regular season, there's got

4:11to be a spot for you. I would much rather follow a team that is having a miracle season like that versus a power four conference team or power five conference team that is just midling and maybe they snuck in, maybe they got win or two in the conference tournament to solidify their resume. I don't know, put put the more interesting teams in for sure, give me give me a little bit of a storyline, give me an undefeated team and let us track what they what they can do. The other thing, you know, like I mentioned, to start with as a maps fan, this is going to be interesting because a lot of the names that are going to be considered wherever the maps end up picking are in this tournament. So if they carry God's favor again and pick top two, top three, then you're going to be interested in watching BYU versus their awaited opponent as they're a succeed. If they get, you know, the chance to get a boozer from Duke, well, he probably will likely

5:17be on a lengthy run as they are a one seat again. So you'll have plenty of chances to watch some of the potential maps targets as they are littered throughout this tournament. And I think we'll do later on in the week, maybe Wednesday, a more precise list of who exactly you should, you should track because when you're when you're where the Mavericks are, there are only like a handful of names that are probably going to be available to you because you're going to be picking top six or seven. So. And even if you do slip to that seven, eight, nine spot, there's some interesting point guards that are going to be available there. I get the feeling that outside of the miracle moving way up and being able to get boozer, Caleb Williams or Caleb Wilson, excuse me, AJ DeBonza, they're probably going to be taking a projectible young point guard. And that's pretty interesting to me having a team next year with a lottery pick point guard learning under Kyrie, another year of Cooper, I can get behind that.

6:21I can feel like that's another pretty solid building block. I'm very interested. If anything, as a Mavericks fan, I'm very interested in seeing what these guys can do whenever the lights are brightest and are playing in these high leverage moments, that means a lot to me. Yeah, I mean, there's going to be point guards to watch in here. We have Houston taking on Idaho. We want to watch Kingston Fleming. You have Arkansas with Derrius Acuff there in this tournament taking on Hawaii. So plenty of maps watching to be had during the tournament. And like I said, later on in the week, we will do a deeper dive into who some of those players are.
