Women Questioned in Al Fayed Rape Case

0:00On March 6, three women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s have been questioned by detectives on suspicion of helping former Herod's owner. Muhammad al-Fayed, commit rape, sexual assault, and other offenses. This comes as part of a major metropolitan police investigation into the late billionaire accused by more than 100 women of serious sexual crimes. The interviews took place between February 25th and March 5th. Police launched the criminal probe in November 2024, over a year after al-Fayed died at age 94. Since then, 154 victims have shared accounts of assault, rape, exploitation, and human trafficking. Allegations against al-Fayed date back to 2005, with police aware of 21 cases before his death, including four rapes. He was arrested once in 2013, but never charged, despite file-centered prosecutors multiple times. No arrests have occurred yet, and the investigation has widened to cover human trafficking after
