The Badgers are battling it out with Oregon, Notre Dame and Illinois for this four star beast from Illinois. He's got official visits lined up starting with Wisconsin on May 29th, then Illinois on June 5th Oregon on June 12th and Notre Dame on June 19th. Wagner ranks as the number 318 overall player, number 32 at his position and number 11 in his home state. Fans are buzzing because snagging him could boost Wisconsin's already strong in-state pool.
