Windsor Locks Man Charged in Violent Assault

0:00A man from Windsor Locke, named Kevin Napp, got pinched Monday night for straight up assaulting two women on West Street. Cops hit him with charges like second degree assault, strangulation, threatening, unlawful restraint, and reckless endangerment, plus a few more. Officers rolled up at 8.33pm after a call about Napp going wild in a driveway. This 6-foot 3-250-pound dude was known to them from past run-ins, raging hard and holding one woman down while the neighbor tried. Jumping in, that neighbor heard screams, rushed to help the first victim, someone Napp knew, and ended up getting beat bad, head slammed into pavement, choked out on the ground. She's in the hospital with injuries that ain't life-threatening. The other woman was shook up, deep dry heaving from trauma, face and neck messed up after Napp threatened her life in some delusional fit, shoving. Fingers down her throat till she blacked out. Cops tasered him into cuffs after a tussle, grab his guns from the house, and he even scrap with marshals while locked up.
