The projects ringing in at $350 million, all funded through fundraising, they've already pulled in $160 million in, just seven months. Big moves include new enclosed spots for student groups on non-game days, two video boards on the south side, ready by 2027, and tunnel-to-host concerts and more events beyond football season. Crane emphasized using the stadium way more than seven times a year, adding three new kitchens for better food and drinks, plus extra bathrooms too. Smooth out the fan flow, they're relocating the marching band for prime sound and opening up spaces that make game day access easier for everyone. Students have long complained about not getting into games, so they're boosting capacity with a party deck up top and 1,300 new seats down, low. That should help, though Crane admits it might not fix everything yet.

A few others resigned too, like senators Ryan Daly and Jeremiah Palmer, and they passed bills including one, recommending limited pepper spray access for student self-defense.
