In today's episode, we are discussing and contemplating the importance of documenting the lives that we live. Between the two of us, we have a combined of at least a year of days documented. The ability to capture and create digital memories has been critical for adding many memories. There isn't a right or wrong way to document your life, there are only effective and ineffective ways. One of the least effective ways is by trying to capture everything within the mind. When we bring that out of the mind and being to put it done on paper, video, or photo we build a "second brain" as it were. Those memories and moments are forever captured in that words or images. We live in an incredible time. We have an abundance of ways to capture and remember the highlights of our lives, so let's use it!
