Podcast is about our relationship with our bodies and our Body Image, it shed's the light on the concept of body image and how we, as well as others, perceive our bodies, specially those suffering from obesity and over weight. We understand better how our bodies work, how and why do we gain weight, and how to utilize science inorder to achieve our goal of losing weight in a healthier and more humane approach instead of the abusive diet culture imposed on us.
