0:00You know how they teach me backwards sometimes and they have me say a lot it's like when you fully love and accept yourself then you can fully love and accept everybody else. Well, which is true and it's like you no longer hinge meanings or like get tangled up in that drama of labeling and and and hinging and blah blah blah. So they had just brought me somebody who I knew and who is a tortured soul. He has continued to torment himself and we used to have so much fun. And I was like, are you fucking done yet? Are you done? And he's like, what? I'm like, are you done tormenting yourself? I miss having fun. I so want to have fun. Can you please stop torturing yourself and tormenting yourself and punishing yourself? Because it is us who's doing it to us. I'm like, seriously, are you done yet? I can't take much more. I'm like, please.

1:02And because it's torturing me, right? So it's like, that's what it is. It's like, it's saying the same thing but backwards. Like, stop torturing yourself so you can stop torturing everyone else or love and accept yourself so you can love and accept everyone else, right? Like it's the same thing.
