When You Raise The Value, The Limit Goes Down

Well, this was an interesting exchange!

Dr. Gary White is not your typical, holistic approach healer, his Doctorate is in Public Policy and Administration. But his experience as a lifeguard, and paramedic and time spent at National Disaster Medical Assistance surely prepared him for what he decided to do with the next chapter of his life - he's someone who takes a pulse of the health of business organizations out there. 

A unique business strategist is also an author of  “Becoming a Highly Defined Leader” and a Maxwell Leadership certified coach. He created the “Organizational Health” program, and the “Sustainable Succes Through Organizational Health” Program for a more approachable, flexible online group coaching to move the EQ needle forward.

The health of the organization we talk about is more structural than physical, of course - but guess what? We agreed that all is interconnected just like in the holistic approach to healing the body. One thing goes sideways, and the whole construction may collapse. 

And if you ever ran a business, and were consumed by the daily operations and stress, you know a thing or two about life/business balance, or the lack of. Someone like Gary can take lots of stress off your plate by identifying your blind spots, and most importantly, offering solutions how to resolve those weaknesses that may mean future problems for you and your business. 

And that, again, is closely linked with the physical health of its owner. 

We spoke about Gary growing up without many aspirations, his role models, how his mom inspired him to become a paramedic, who he'll never forget from his days as EMT, what is Disaster medicine, and how he got to a point in his life when he felt there is more meant for him. 

"There is an exit ramp there, somewhere..."  and what he did about it.

We also spoke about how a Math book made the most sense for him regarding the philosophy of life, and what he was trying to achieve, and how our standard definition view (limited beliefs) can change with high-definition coaching. 

Gary White was such a joy to speak with, and I can imagine how he would be an incredible value to someone who wants their business to run on optimal level (and health).  Just like with our health, it's much better to be proactive than reactive. But if you feel like your business can be run smoother and more successfully, you may want to do some preventive assessment rather than CPR later on!

As a small business owner, this was such a great conversation, and it opened my eyes to many things we take for granted. Another masterclass of mastering life and business!
