Hey guys, I'm Kira, and today you'll learn how to pronounce the word Kagda or Wynne. Let's start with the first syllable. The O here sounds like an off-lavered schwa, and we need good Russian default mouth position. Just slightly forward, tip of the tongue behind the bottom teeth, lips rounded and protruded. G-g-g-now the second syllable. If we were speaking English, the G might almost disappear into the D like in the word begged. Begged. Begged. But this does not happen in Russian. You almost need to insert a ghostfowl after the G, or at least make sure you have vocal chord vibration happening throughout. Let's do the second syllable. G-g-d-n-g leeps. G-d-a. G-d-a. G-d-a.

Make sure the tip of your tongue is behind the bottom teeth when you say the syllable. That's how you get G-d-a and not G-d-a. Let's do the whole thing. G-g-d-n-g leeps. K-g-d-a. kagda kagda kagda kagda kagda That's it guys. Be sure to find me on YouTube at Learn Russian with Kira and subscribe so you don't miss an episode. I'd love to hear from listeners, so please suggest a word for an episode or just say hi.
