What To Know: Republicans First & Historic Midterms Convention

0:00All right, hello and welcome back to the Carl Jackson show. Daily Joseph objective truth in a world of confusion. We're going to be talking about that. I'm going to break it down because their policies are filling very in poor. We've got to bring restore sanity in America. And I think it's going to start. Welcome to the Carl Jackson show. I am convinced that the GOP can defy the odds in these midterm elections or in the midterms here. And we're going to be discussing that. A Mac had a fantastic piece. How Republicans can win the midterms in five easy steps. So we'll go through that also. Some of Trump's successes or some of his accomplishments. I got to admit to you, I do not believe that the Trump administration has done a good job in Trumpetting pun intended his successes of that, you know, obviously, there's not I don't agree with absolutely everything that the president and his administration have done and or are

1:01doing, but the fact remains that he has been a very good president. The fact remains that his administration has accomplished a great deal and continues to accomplish a great deal. And in my opinion has taken us from the brink, if you will, after the Biden administration, a complete and utter disaster, where we saw 9% inflation, where we saw government gone wild with these COVID lockdowns, censoring, censoring of free speech on some of these big tech platforms, the weaponization of government, the weaponization against the weaponization of actually the weaponization of these bureaucracies and law enforcement federal law enforcement agencies against a former president, frankly, against some of his followers against Catholics. We're in a far better predicament than we have been, then we were under the Biden administration. And I think sometimes that the president is a victim, you've

2:03heard plenty of people say this, but I will go through this, is a victim of his own success. They're going to be having an historic GOP midterms convention, which I'll get to momentarily. But first, I want to talk to you about how Republicans again can win the midterms and five steps. And also, I'm going to Trump it again, pun intended, Trump's successes, because I think this is so very crucial going forward. There's a lot of people that are going to be on the fence. In the midterms, I'm asking you guys to make sure that you reach out to a friend, reach out to a neighbor, help them to understand how crucial these elections are. I understand that typically the issue is the economy. And the issue should be the economy. There's no doubt about it. But we understand that the Democrat party were against the big beautiful bill. They were against cutting taxes for American citizens. They want to socialize medicine. So they're not going to make life more affordable. And frankly, they didn't like drilling. They hate fossil fuels. They hate oil and gas.

3:05So if you think gas prices are going to come down, if the Democrats are in charge, you have another thing coming. So let's get to this again. A. Mac Red, A. R. Road, A. Fantastic piece. And then I want to give you some of the Trump successes that perhaps, because again, Trump is a victim of his own success. And let's be honest, the president doesn't always have message discipline, where he focuses on some of the successes. So people can take the time to say, that's right. That did happen under this administration. So the first thing that the president can do is stop the bleeding on the cost of living. And obviously what's happening in Iran is going to have a large part to do with that. Also, the tariffs are going to have a part to do with that. I believe right now, honestly, we are taking out oil tankers inside of the Middle East, inside of the straight. As Iran continues to try to shoot at some of our U.S. naval vessels, we have Operation Economic Outcast going on.

4:06The Secretary of the Treasury, Scott Besant, is heading up. And this is stuff, and I heard Newt Gingrich say this the other night, this is stuff that probably should have been done at the beginning of this conflict or war with Iran. But nonetheless, it is having a great impact on the IRGC that are in charge of Iran right now. But the quicker that we can come to a close when it comes to this war, and I think we can do that. We now know that Navy stills for four underwater Navy stills and also other military equipment was used to de-mind the straight up for Moose for her period of four months. As all of this stuff comes to light, as the straight up her moose reopens, so to speak, as the IRGC continue to lose their power, the prices are going to go down at the pump. That's going to impact everything else. All right. So the affordability issue obviously killed Democrats in 2024. Republicans are at risk of being the victim of that.

5:09Again, you have pull after pull that shows that affordability and the cost of living remain the top issue for voters. I do believe, and I know people will say this isn't, it isn't a messaging problem, it's a substance problem. I do believe that was the case with the Biden administration. But President Trump has done things to make life more affordable. I just don't think he messaged as well. So the combination of the two I think would be helpful. All right. We talk about the economy, that's good news for Republicans. Because historically, they have an edge on the economy when it comes to voters. But there's been a new Reuters Ipsis poll. This was out last month. It found that 36% of respondents preferred Democrats approach to addressing cost of living concerns. Just 26% preferred Republicans approach. This is the largest Democratic banage since the pollster began asking the question. By far, this is the most salient metric that acts as a proxy for the cost of living.

6:10That is gas prices. Again, you're going to see gas prices. I believe come down as this war winds down. And we saw it. We saw it even with a disastrous MOU, even though it didn't last long. And as long as President Trump was saying, with the straightest open, things are under control. There's no kinetic action. You saw the prices of gas and oil fluctuate. So prices can come down really quick. You couple that with the fact that right now, President Trump has taken the action that he has to bring down gas prices by securing a majority control of the 65 billion barrels of Venezuela and oil. Actually, we had a clip on that by Marco Rubio. I said we can upload it later, but it would have been a good plan. It would have been a good clip to play. But Marco Rubio has defended that position. Actually, Gabe, if we could get that clip when you can, and just let me know if it's ready. I apologize about that, but that would be a good clip to break down, because I think it is so extremely important

7:10that people understand and get what's happening with Venezuela. And now we are the dominant energy producer, exporter in the world. And that is going to help with pricing. This is stuff that the Trump administration has to explain clearly. Now, number two, you've got to highlight the wins. You've got to highlight the wins. I want to go through some of the wins that the President Trump has accomplished here. And you may not agree with them all, and that's fine. But you cannot deny the fact that there have been some major successes under the Trump administration. Some that I see here, Conrad Black had posted some. I just thought were very good. And it appears that he and President Trump are bumping heads right now. But as he wrote on his ex account, listen, you can dislike the man and still separate the fact that he's done some very good things during his administration. And if you want those things to carry on, because we know what's going to happen if the DSA get in. It's not going to be Democrats.

8:11It's going to be the DSA. Aka likes that are going to go further and further left that want to socialize our economy, that want to want a socialism style, single payer health care system. Life is going to become less affordable, less affordable if these people get in office. So let's just start with some of the accomplishments of the Trump administration. You get the President's successes among them, lowering drug prices, drug prices, the negotiations with pharmaceutical companies, and launching Trump RX, the Trump RX discount site. I know people that said they were paying hundreds of dollars a month for prescription medication that they needed. Some are now paying $10, $20 as a result of the status that we now have with these pharmaceutical companies who are giving our allies and people in third world world countries lower rates. But forcing us to pay for, obviously, we pay for all the research.

9:12We're making the world a healthier place. Now President Trump, because of him, we have better, we have better prescription drug prices. I understand younger people may not care about that, but I will get to issues they do care about. But older senior people will. Real quick, I want to play this video. This is Senator Marco Rubio talking about the veneous, what we did in Venezuela, bringing in or partnering with Venezuela as far as oil is concerned. Let's run that clip, please, Kay. Secretary of the ZL, all of your message to be to Latin American, you might look at the Venezuelan oil deal and think that the US government's interested in extracting resources or consenting. No, I, well, what I would say to anyone who's concerned that the US is doing something negative towards the Western hemisphere with regards to energy is those oil fields, oil once dominated by China and Russia. And Iran, by the way, Iran also had some concessions, and they're no longer there. So I think they're much better off partnering with the United States. They will benefit greatly from it. These fields were, in many cases, non-productive,

10:12in essence, that the Chinese and Russian companies held these fields but never turned them into anything. These fields are going to be productive and they're going to generate royalties and revenues for the Venezuelan people. Eventually, through a democratically elected government, hopefully sooner rather than later, and directly benefit the people of Venezuela as opposed to going into the pocket of some corrupt government official or, in the hands of American and Venezuela adversaries, really. OK, so that's Senator, Senator. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio. And again, just being able to explain what's going on is absolutely crucial. They need to put Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, on the trail more often, because he just has a calming effect and clarity with the things that he says describing what the Trump administration is doing that's advantageous, not just to US citizens, but also to the people and Venezuela. That's going to help all of us. That's going to help the prices of oil go down, gas prices

Let's highlight or finish highlighting some of President Trump's successes, as well as what the GOP can do to win the midterms. And again, this is gonna be a very important midterms. Every midterms are, I will say that I think this is, these are the most important midterms of our life, Carl. Don't you guys say that all the time? Yes, and I've come to the realization that perhaps every midterms is. This one is particularly important. Simply because now you have a party, the second party, the Democrat party, that has been co-opted by socialists, and this is really scary where we're headed.

14:23If you can, no one likes to think about it, I understand, we went through a very tumultuous time, a very scary time during the COVID lockdown, as Dennis Breger wrote about, I was a trial run for the police state, and sadly, at least half of Americans felt the test. All right, Democrats are hungry for power, hungry for power. It's not just about making lives better for the American people or it isn't for them. Democrats are successful when you're unsuccessful. I say this all the time. And when Democrats were, I mean, just salivating and thirsty for power, we saw the results of it during the COVID lockdown, telling you where you could go, who you could hang around with, if you could go to the beach or not. How healthcare officials should treat you if you were unwilling to get a jab, just totally destroying human autonomy in the United States of America. It was crazy. So we talked about how Democrats are, how Republicans

15:27can win, they got to stop the bleeding. Senator, Secretary of State, Marco Rubio explained what's happening with Venezuela beautifully, but people have to know this. I do think that people, American citizens are willing to put up with short-term pain. If you allow them, if you explain to them, speak to us like adults, and allow for people to voters to buy in. Because what President Trump is doing is greater, it's gonna lead to ultimately lower prices and fewer national threats when it comes to strengthening the Western hemisphere, when it comes to the oil supply, but also choking off the China, Russia, Iran, North Korea when it comes to oil supply. And you heard that these people were in bed with Venezuela, some of our greatest enemies were in bed with Venezuela and powering them. All right, so let me go back to some more accomplishment. And then we'll go to the, we'll go to the third thing.

16:29So here are a few more accomplishments that you should be aware of and be mindful of. The successes are pretty significant, Conrad Black posted this on his ex account. I have reposted this list, but I think it's important that you know this list, you share this list ahead of the midterm elections and share it with your neighbors, share it with your friends, share it with coworkers, share it with church members. All right, so now here's some other things, the illegal immigration crisis at the border has been ended by the Trump administration. This is one of those things where President Trump, again, in my opinion, is a victim, frankly, of his own success, of his own accomplishments, right? Because the border was shut down so quickly, remember, President Biden at the time was saying

17:30that it would take all of this work to get the border under control. A Kamala Harris then BP was saying we had to deal with the root causes and it turns out, as President Trump said, that all you needed was another president, someone that actually cared about securing the borders, someone that actually cared about American sovereignty. And just, I believe it was in the month of July, maybe it was August, that we hit a record number of deportations inside of the United States when it came to illegal immigrants and that also included people that overstayed visas, people like Milo, Ianopolis. So that, in turn, relieves pressure in the United States of America for renters, for instance, you're not competing for real estate or in the rental market against illegal aliens, you're not competing when it comes to jobs where illegal aliens and you shouldn't have to as an American citizen. So that is an accomplishment, you have to consider, you have to go back and remember how bad things were

18:31under the Biden administration. And we can argue about terrorists, we can disagree on that, we can disagree on that, Rand War. Frankly, I think both wars needed to be fought, but I also think they need to wrap up and come to a conclusion and people will see pretty, pretty expeditiously and people will see better pricing, better rates, lower cost of living. We talked to Brianna Sackdaw of BeapMaps.com and what President Trump is doing to empower local ranchers and farmers and bring down prices of meat and groceries overall because the Biden administration screwed things up so badly. All right, another thing. There's been a dramatic reduction in the horizontal human trafficking so human trafficking is down because of the sealed borders the inflow of legal narcotics. So I mean, we forget about the video where we were literally bombing the boats of drug runners. We were having literally approximately

19:31a hundred thousand Americans that were being killed every year by fentanyl. Those numbers are down drastically as a result of the Trump administration. And then you no longer have this cash that is going to be sold out. And then you no longer have this cash that's been flowing into the pockets of these cartels. That is all happened under the Trump administration. You have inflation that has been cut sharply from the Biden levels. Again, we saw inflation skyrocket to 9 over 9%. I think it leveled out ultimately at about 5%. But inflation now I think has hit as much as four, just over 4%. And it's still working underneath under what Biden worked with his entire administration. So things did not get affordable, more affordable under Democrats. It simply doesn't, it simply didn't. And they have no desire to make life more affordable for you. As a matter of fact, Democrats want to be able to tax you more

20:32to pay for their big government policies. Another thing, crime rates across the country are much lower. Murder rates are down 70, to a 70 year low. Murder rates, murder rates. Simply because President Trump with the help of some people in states allowing national guardsmen to go into their more bluer areas, blue cities, or what have you. And bring help, work with law enforcement, also with ICE deporting criminals. A lot of these crime rates have come down. Not just the murder rate, but crime rates in general. 70 year low. And in some cases, I believe there's been 100 year low and other crimes just as a result of the Trump administration enforcing the laws on the books, books deporting criminal illegals, arresting the bad guys the way that it should be. All right, capital. Also has capital investment, has poured into the US and job creating investment. So no, a no country has generated greater economic growth.

21:34So we're seeing that happen under the Trump administration. Yes, I wish they would spend less Republicans and Democrats both seem to have a problem when it comes to spending. So I definitely wish that they would spend less. But nonetheless, again, these are some of the accomplishments of the Trump administration that in my opinion, aren't touted enough and frankly should be touted. Other things where the president has won on. The country has been a limit, a liberated from the climate theater without abandon environmental protections. All right, so this is very, very important. There is, you guys may or may not know, this was a story that happened yesterday. So you have people of Nepal after that in Nepal flood are looking for climate justice. They want reparations from the United States, the UN and Western hemispheres in the Western hemisphere because they claim the, the blood of Nepal were a result, were a result of fossil fuels,

22:37the use of fossil fuels in America and in Western hemispheres. Well, Michael Schellenberger has written about this and there are people that have been saying, where is that? People that have been saying that the, what did they, what did they call them? Basically that the glaciers, the glaciers above the rock were melting as a result of climate change. Nothing could be further from the truth. There was nothing, the permafrost. It's called permafrost. Nothing could be further from the truth. There's satellite imaging showing that the bedrock underneath the glacier gave way. There was no permafrost inside of the bedrock. It was nothing like that. The rock, the foundation under the glaciers gave way causing that historic flood, sadly in Nepal. But now you have people that all climate changes is basically a money-londering scheme. It is a way to redistribute wealth to people, to nations that aren't capitalist

23:39and that shouldn't be done. So President Trump has gotten rid of that as well as the EV scam. If you're a car maker and you wanna make EVs and you do a great job of it, like Tesla, so be it. But the market should be open for ICE engines as well, hybrid engines as well, whatever people want to buy. So we've gotten rid of that. And by the way, when it comes to EVs, they do more damage to the environment and production than most cars with ICE engines do their overall lifetime, not to mention, the damage they do to the roads because they're so heavy and the rubber that burns on the tire. Also, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, and Iran have all been stripped of their usefulness as Russia, Chinese allies, the Iranian regime is being strangled at almost no cost in American lives and only slight use of American ordnance. You have the Abrahamic accords, water peace and other diplomatic initiatives, despite current tensions, NATO has been reformed from Iraq, Tag slakers into self-financing,
