Lighter Foodprint is an organization working with the food-service industry to create transparency around the carbon footprint of our meals through carbon labelling. Nika Moeini of Lighter Foodprint joins Earth Care to explain how the emissions for a carbon label are calculated and how the food industry contributes to greenhouse gas emissions.
