What is a meet and greet interview and how do you prepare?
About this episode
A meet and greet interview is an informal job interview, which allows you to get to know the team and the role in a more relaxed setting. It is a great opportunity to ask questions that you may not have time for during the formal interview process. Preparing for this meeting will help put you at ease and allow you to put your best foot forward.
In this week’s episode, Sarah and Emma go through what a ‘meet and greet’ interview is used for, if it means you’ve got the job, and some things you can think about in your preparation.
