What Head Coaches Would You Trade Sean McDermott For?

Arguments are plentiful on this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by Joe From Queens to discuss several topics, including examining what  coaches around the NFL they'd hypothetically trade Sean McDermott for if they could.

The Buffalo Bills head coach is definitely one of the more polarizing figures when it comes to this era of Bills football. He's won a ton of games and consistently leads Buffalo to division titles and the playoffs. However, he's yet to get over the hump in the AFC and the defensive-minded head coach has saw his unit implode in almost every elimination loss. The guys run through every coach around the league and play an imaginary game of what head coaches they'd swap out McDermott for if they could, and the results could surprise you.

Speaking of polarizing, it wouldn't be a week of Buffalo sports talk without discussing James Cook. Bills fans have vastly varying views of Cook, some of it probably skewed by the fact they know it's likely his last year in Buffalo. The guys try to figure out how many running backs in the NFL are better than Cook right now as things stand.
