Three months ago, I started using AG1 and the impact on my gut. It makes me happy. Here's the thing. I'm now in a season of increased travel, traveling and my gut don't play well together.
The good news is AG1 travels well. Take a break from your regular routine, but stay consistent with your health. AG1 provides easy support with travel packs to celebrate the adventure. AG1 next-gen delivers five strains of clinically studied probiotics that have been shown to support digestion, immune function, and alleviate occasional bloating. I am at the airport and I'm going to do something that I've got. Okay, thank you. All right. I was going to go exploring, but that way is off limits. The later in stairs are down. Take the elevator, not interested in the elevator. So I'm at BWI airport and my week here is winding down and I'm going to sort of do what I had planned to do a week ago, had this amazing episode planned about how we can use the airport as a gym. If you arrive early enough, what I didn't expect was this amazingly efficient system. I figured I would have plenty of time after getting off the plane, getting my luggage. And then if I still needed more time getting to the shuttle for the rental car facility,
but nope. It was the most efficient process from getting off the plane to getting to the rental car that I've ever experienced. So I'm at BWI early enough waiting for my flight and I get to do one of my favorite things which is just walk around the airport and explore. Now I'm actually in a brand new area that has been under construction and it just opened a month or two ago. We're calling it the Concourse A B Connector and so it's this area that has been walled off and now I'm walking around and just seeing what I can see. This airport has changed so much. This is the airport. I grew up in the last couple of episodes that had been me poking around, lenticum heights,
walking to school or at least walking the route that I took to school. And then yesterday where I was talking about my parents, I was actually walking in a park near the elementary school that I attended for three years. And the airport is only 10 minutes from where I grew up, 10 minutes from where my parents lived now. Okay, so this is the A B Connector. This is brand new. This is beautiful. I think I'll walk from one end to the other. Anyhow, when I was growing up, this airport was not known as BWI, I was known as Friendship Airport. And I used to, again, amazed at what my parents allowed me to do, but it was just the times, I guess. I would ride my bike from where we lived to the airport, along main roads.
And this was before bike helmets were a thing. And I would ride my bike to the airport, Friendship Airport, lock it on the chain link fence by the front door, walk into the main terminal straight through out to an observation deck, and you could see the planes as they were taking off, landing, sitting at the terminal, passengers getting off, other passengers getting on, and it's amazing that they constructed the current airport essentially around the old airport. At some point I stopped riding my bike here, and then when I came back, I don't know, pick somebody up or something, the airport was like, oh my gosh, I don't even recognize it anymore. And they continue to modify, renovate, and change, and this AB connector, wow. That's okay, sorry, what you're hearing is my emotion as I'm walking through, I'm walking
down terminal A, and this airport I have been to countless times, because up until five years ago, this was my home airport, and we flew somewhere, came out of BWY. And even now, living in Myrtle, we come back up here to Maryland because I've got work with the radio station where I used to be employed, now working as a consultant, and that's why I was up here for most of the week. I didn't think you would really find me walking around the radio station enjoyable, so the little side trip to DC, and then through the community of Lentha Cum, but still come up to this airport quite frequently, so I'm very familiar with it, and now that they have the Concourse AB connector open, it has completely changed the dynamic, at least as I remember it, terminal A, terminal B, and how you get to the two, so all right, so
I've come down terminal A, turning around, I'm going to walk back to the entrance of terminal A, and through that connector to terminal B, which of course, is that really interest you, probably not, but it's the idea of getting to an airport early enough, which we have to, and if security is light, you get some time, if it's not, you've got some margin, and I love getting to the airport early, and usually security isn't that big a deal in terms of how much time is needed, now I just get to walk around, I actually lightened my backpack, coming up here a week ago, I think it was, was it 17 pounds? And you know, I'm not, not hateful, but I was, I was feeling it, so I've put a couple of things in my luggage, and so the backpack is a little bit lighter, all right, you know,
walking back through this Concourse, beautiful renovation, big windows, you can see the planes at the gates, and I imagine also probably a pretty good view of, oh yeah, there's the runways, it is early in the morning, certainly not on one of the first flights out of BWI, but I've been at this airport and it's been far more crowded than it is now, so there are actually airports that encourage you to take advantage of the space and to walk, for example, if you are ever at the Phoenix Airport, they have what they call the Fit PHX, PHX is the three-letter code for Phoenix, the Fit PHX fitness trail, it's in terminal four, it's a U-shaped path, it's about a mile, well marked, so if you get to the Phoenix Airport early,
you can, you can take a walk, explore, they've got that trail that's a mile long, there's Dallas Fort Worth, they have the live well walking path, it's in terminal D, it's seven tenths of a mile route, and again, it's, it's well marked, and if you want to add a little intensity to it, they've got two fifty-five foot high staircases near the SkyLink stations, Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Airport has a well marked trail that's a little more than a mile, Minneapolis St. Paul, in terminal one, they've got almost a one-and-a-half mile walking track, so again, you get to the airport early enough, get through security, you can either sit at your gate and wait, go get something to eat if you want, or you can
take a walk, Cleveland has, get this, it's between a mile and a half and two miles across all three con courses, and again, it's well marked on the, on the floor, you know, where to go, and I think there's even a trail here at BWI, I've never looked for it, because, oh, is that my gate? Oh, there's my gate! I think it's going to be a full flight, an interminal B now, and that's my gate right next to a restaurant early in the morning, people are already eating, drinking. All right, tomorrow, back in Merle Beach, as much as I enjoyed getting away, as much as I appreciated and enjoyed spending time with my parents, I stayed with them while I was here, I am really looking forward to getting back home to Merle and Ava and Warmer weather.
Thanks for allowing me to be part of your 10-minute walk today, I'm honored, I'm back tomorrow in the meantime, I hope you have an amazing day!
