Robbery spree on New Year's Eve, 18-year-old Danias Mel Gayless landed 9 years, 19-year-old Muhammad Ahmed got 8, and 18-year-old Henry Hathaway drew 7. They all pleaded guilty to conspiracy to rob, causing Grievous bodily harm and criminal damage at Bristol Crown Court on Friday, April 17th. It all went down in the early hours of Thursday, January 1st, when the trio cruised around in a black Audi A3 between 4.45 and 7. 30am. They targeted folks heading home from celebrations or off to work, jumping out to demand wallets and pockets emptied, sometimes swinging weapons, or fists. Eight male victims, aged 18 to 56, ended up in the hospital. Even due to the worst of it with a punctured lung, busted ribs, a shattered eye socket, head trauma, and permanent damage to his right eye, that needed multiple surgeries.
