Local leaders worry that without strict rules, the upgrades won't make a real difference to journey times and reliability. Several counselors share frustrations from their own areas, pointing out how ignored bus stops in places like Coventry create daily headaches, others highlight its success stories like effective monitoring and solihole that keeps drivers out of lanes and cuts delays due fines. The project includes a new bus gate, peak hour lanes, better junctions, pedestrian crossings, passenger shelters with CCTV and even mobile, enforcement vehicles are already patrolling
