Washington's Defensive Line Makes A PHYSICAL Impact At Spring Practice

The Washington Huskies' seventh spring practice took place inside the Seattle Seahawks practice facility at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, and Ryan Walters' defense showed up at the home of the reigning Super Bowl champions. Led by impressive performances from defensive linemen Derek Colman-Brusa, Elinneus Davis, and Ohio State transfer Logan George, the Huskies showed off the physicality that Jedd Fisch is looking for ahead of the 2026 college football season in the Big Ten.

As Walters and secondary coach John Richardson look to retool the secondary after losing Tacario Davis and Ephesians Prysock to the NFL Draft, they have a talented, versatile group led by Alex McLaughlin, Rylon Dillard-Allen, Dylan Robinson, and Emmanuel Karnley to lean on, as the group showed off its strength and physicality on Tuesday. The Huskies have also assembled an untested, yet talented group of playmakers around Demond Williams Jr., as Brian Bonner, Quaid Carr, and Trez Davis continue to make plays at practice.
