Warriors' Green Wrong: Hornets' Hot Streak, Not Tanking

He called the Massari team that's easy to guard without their star point guard on the floor. But the Hornets ditched that plan and found the right lineup for Ball's minutes. Now the Hornets are on fire, winning 16 of their last 19 games to sit at 32 wins and 31 losses. Hot streak has them right in the playoff mix in the Eastern Conference. Meanwhile, the Warriors have just 31 wins, matching the Hornets almost exactly by win percentage. Charlotte even edges them out with a better point differential of plus 2.6 per game. The only difference is the Warriors clinging to the eighth spot in the tougher Western Conference.
