Walker County Rescues 12 Neglected Dogs

0:00On March 17th, here's the latest out of Birmingham. Debuties in Walker County, Alabama rescue 12 dogs from a home in the Saragasa community during an animal cruelty probe. They were responding to a domestic issue on Oakwood Court when one spot of the dogs with almost no shelter, food, or water. That led to pulling out seven newborn puppies and five adults on Monday. Sheriff Nick Smith says the case is still open and charges could come if evidence supports it. It's a pattern of neglect reports in the area. Just last February 4th, Debuties arrested a woman in Quinn after removing at least four dogs from Tudbolt Lane.
