We need to know everything on waiting by the phone. How did you guys meet? Tell us about any dates that you've been on And then why you think you're being ghosted? Yeah. So, Rachel and I, we met up at Barney or my place. We only been on the one day. I mean, I'd see her there a few times just like in passing And we chat there and like, You know, I finally work at the courage to go for a get her number. And yes, she said, she said yes. So when we went to this really nice dinner and that was the date. And I mean, I knew she was cool already.

3:04But man, we had chemistry dude. Like we were going back and forth and back and forth. And like there was, you know those moments where you look at the clock And it's like, oh my god, that's how much time spent. Like it was one of those. Wow. So it was like time didn't exist on this date. Exactly. Exactly. That's beautiful. You don't get that very often. So, you know, the date ended. And I have not heard a word from her since like nothing zero is it It's like total radio silence. So I don't know what the heck happened man. And it's not like like, you know, nobody went blind or anything. I'm just confused. So this date was very successful for you. And you've reached out tried to plan another one. And the fact that she's not calling you back is just very surprising because Well, how could you have this much of a connection? And not want to go out again. I mean, time stopped you guys. Exactly. Yeah.

And he says he's reached out to plan another date and you're not responding. So what's going on with that? Yeah, you know, it was. It was a nice day. Um, we had a nice dinner, but. Sorry. I'm. He just like, uh, he set me up, I guess. How did he set you up? What does that mean? Um, so, you know, like I said, it was a nice, it was a nice date. We had a lot in common. Um, and we're talking at some point, I think I mentioned how. I'd been wanting to get more into sneakers, wearing sneakers. Cause, um, we have like a, uh, a casual dress code at work. Um, and everyone there dressed us so cool. So I was like, I want to be in on that. Um, anyway, he showed up to the date. Uh, with a pair of Jordans. For me. Oh, because he remembered that I had mentioned that I really wanted to get into sneakers

7:15when we were talking. Um, that's nice. I showed up with a gift. I was so excited. I was like, this is going really well. I brought a gift. This is great. So I wore them to work the following Monday. And I got roasted because apparently the shoes are fake. Jordans. They're fake. You get you fake Jordans. You get you fake shoes. That's great. And it was that obvious too, that they were fake. Like you could tell that quickly. I mean, listen, I'm just getting into into shoes. So I didn't like cross check, I guess. I just thought it was a sweet gift. So I was like, oh my god, no way that these would be like, I didn't even cross my mind. So you thought you fake shoes and then people are making fun of you and you're like, I trusted you. Yeah. Yeah, that's pretty much it. So I was like, uh, that really puts a sour note on things. Well, let me, I forgot to mention that Tommy is here, the fake shoe dealer. Um, bro, I got caught up in the story. I'm very, very forgetful. I'm sorry, Rachel.

8:15Tommy, you gave her fake shoes. Why did you give her fake shoes? Okay. I first of all, hey, Rachel, what's going on? Um, uh, yeah, I gave you fake shoes because like Jordan's, I don't know if you know this, they're really expensive. Like, eh, and like, what's kinds of Jordan too? Like, I know nobody can tell the difference. So I'm, oh, they obviously can. Right. Yeah, I'm not very quick. I'm not as much of a shoe expert as like Galen and some other people. But I mean, I've seen some fakes that are pretty good. And from afar, I wouldn't necessarily know. I'd have to get up pretty close. But apparently the whole office knew, I mean, that these were not real. What was this swoosh like the wrong direction? Like, what happened? I mean, you can't get people fake gifts and pass them off is real because this is what happens, man. You embarrassed her. Well, honestly, like she never would have found out. It's like the co-workers didn't start between us. Well, apparently all of them knew. I mean, what is wrong with these shoes?

9:16What did you get them? The gas station. You can't run, I mean. No, to me, it's just like you didn't tell me if it was just like a... If you had told me from the jump, if it was like, hey, here's like a training pair, like the little sister to it, like, try them out or something. I don't know, maybe it would have been funny or something. But now I'm like, can I trust this person? Yeah, because maybe you wouldn't have like busted into work with them on all proud and stuff. Look at my jeans. You know that. Bro, it is. Only for people to be like, you get those Latino-like, what'd you do? Yeah, I would have like processed them and it was some outfits and I just, I don't know. I'm like, I'm having no bro. I'm starting to rub to your Rachel, but you're better off not giving a gift than giving a fake gift. And at least if you're going to give a fake gift, I mean, I guess tell her they're fake, but I know why you didn't tell her they're fake because they're fake. Yeah. I just want to make a good impression, man. Oh, that's all. Well, that's all I have to try to eat. That's a wild move, my guy.

10:16I mean, I probably got to try, right? Well, I appreciate what you were trying to do, but like, yeah. This kind of thing is going to backfire, man. Like, because now she's embarrassed and she's like, you know, what else are you going to try and pull over on me? Exactly. It's not, it's not you. It's the co-workers. All right. So my opinion, I say it's the co-workers. It's the co-workers fault that you gave her fake shoes. Okay. Right. Look, you probably put more effort into this than most guys, I will say that, but like, we can't be giving fake gifts and passing them off is real because it just doesn't make, that's not going to give the best first impression. You know, what, and now every gift she gets, she's going to be looking at it going, is this real? Am I going to be embarrassed by this, too? Because you guys don't know each other. So I can, how about we just never give fake, fake gifts and pass them off as real. I think that's a good, good, that's the more you know moment of the show today. But Rachel, would you like to go out with Tommy again? We'll, we'll pay for the date. It'll be authentic wherever you go. I'm not a fake date.
