WACO: Massacre Part Two – EP 144

About this episode

http://www.patreon.com/theconspiracypodcast

Part Two begins at the edge of the end.

After nearly seven weeks of stalemate, tension at Mount Carmel was at a breaking point. Negotiations had stalled. David Koresh claimed he was waiting for a divine sign to finish a manuscript that would reveal God’s plan. Federal authorities, running out of patience, approved a tactical endgame.

In the early hours of April 19, 1993, the FBI launched its final operation.

Armored vehicles breached the compound walls. Tear gas was pumped inside in an effort to force residents out. Sporadic gunfire echoed across the Texas prairie. Then, just after noon, fires ignited in multiple locations within the building. Strong winds pushed the flames fast. Within hours, the Mount Carmel compound was gone.

Seventy-six Branch Davidians died, including 25 children. David Koresh was found dead inside.

From that moment on, the tragedy became a battleground of narratives.

Federal investigations concluded that members of the Branch Davidians set the fires themselves in a coordinated act, citing audio recordings, forensic analysis, and survivor testimony. But critics, survivors, and independent investigators challenged that conclusion. Questions surfaced about the use of tear gas, whether armored vehicles caused structural damage that worsened the blaze, and why firefighters were held back during the critical early minutes.

The episode dives deep into the most persistent Waco conspiracy theories: claims of government-started fires, alleged cover-ups, disputed ballistic evidence, and debates over whether the siege violated federal law. It also explores the broader cultural fallout — including how the events at Waco became a rallying cry for anti-government extremism and influenced Timothy McVeigh, who bombed Oklahoma City exactly two years later.

Part Two examines the final hours, the unanswered questions, and why Waco remains one of the most debated government operations in U.S. history.

2:10If you don't like what we tell you believe in, we'll kill you. All right, kids. Listen, don't listen to this podcast. Don't listen to this if you're not of age. What's of age? 18. 18. We're not in the land. Georgia is 18. We're not in the land. This is 18 it up. Look, we're a bunch of dudes. And we're going to say some really bad words. Hey, guys. Welcome back to the conspiracy podcast. I'm Eric Jorge. Yeah, that's me. Hope you guys are doing good. Yeah, hope so. Yeah, I know Eric left you on like the fucking world hanger. Yeah, they'll slice alone cliffhanger. Dude, great movie. Dude, what a classic. Do you know what I fucking watch? I've been, I've got what is his name? He's the climber guy who did, uh, he did, uh, okay. So, yeah, so free so free so. Free so, and then so I watch like his,

3:11his Netflix thing that he climbed that, oh, the fucking, the tower or whatever the fuck. Yeah, it's I'm building that fucking dude. This guy is like, I'm convinced he's the greatest athlete of all time. He's, oh, dude, are you kidding me? Maybe you're starting to know. No, I am not. I watch free so. The greatest athlete of all time. Think about 100%. What other athlete is putting their fucking life on the line, climbing a building with the fuck, all you have a giant LeBronz putting his life on. Oh my God. I mean, LeBronz, you're the champions. We're into a sports podcast. Bronson, join champions league with this fucking flop fest. Are you fucking joining me? Yeah, three people. This is like golf. The golf one where it's like the senior tour. Dude, he needs to join like dead the fuck out. He needs to join like Kazakhstan basketball league as bullshit. No, but I'm telling you, this guy is the, if you look at what he does, no, you're, you're just reacting to like the moment,

4:12which I'm not going to take anything away from him, but he is not the greatest athlete of all time. Great stuff. It's great to settle it over the time. Whoof. Dude. I'm a athlete. Yeah, I'm talking athlete. Who else can climb a fucking building? If you say, if you say Brady, I'm going to, I can't. No, I was going to go in like Olympic air area. Are they risking their lives? No, they risk in their life. No, like Phelps or they risk in their life. Oh, Phelps, you know, they're 100 meter. No, they're not risking their lives. Who's that guy? That doesn't make them the greatest athlete of all time. You're saying both exactly. No, dude. No, he's up there. He's, he's not. Lance Armstrong? No. God, he was like, well, I mean, he had a little extra boot. Before he was a crim. He kind of looked like a boost. A little boost. A little boost. A little boost. A little boost. A little boost. Dude, he was already, he was already a man down. Yeah. He needed, he needed the boost. No, but he's the greatest athlete all time. No, you can't convince me, other words.

5:13We're going to be great. We're going to his name. We're going to disagree. Exactly. He was saying, I know his face. You see, homie, did he do what he? He's doing training. Did he fucking training on this shit? He's literally grabbing, he's grabbing two bars. Haylay, Ronaldo, no, no. No, no, no, no, no, no. Jordan, Phelps, like. So you're telling me, you're telling me what they do? What you don't, you don't even put Jordan in the conversation. Maybe, maybe, no, maybe, maybe, maybe. No, but you're telling me what Jordan does is more difficult in more taxing on the body than literally climbing a fucking sheer rock face with no ropes. That nobody else, like nobody else. Nobody can do nobody. That's what I'm saying. Like, that's what I'm saying. That's what I mean by that. Right. Not like doing something that nobody else can do. Obviously, in their respective sports, those people are all gods. But I'm like, you're doing something that physically no one on earth can do. But nobody on earth can do. Or even attempts. No one, even, no one, no one's crazy enough. He did the thing and his wife was on like the 200 floor

6:17and he's like waving at her on a fucking, a little of the side of a building. Like, oh, hey, honey. Like, proceeds to climb the rest of the building. 50 mile an hour winds up there. He's crazy. And then at the end, he like stands like over the building. Like, oh, I'm like, dude, I can't even look down. I know. Like, inside the building, watch the video. Inside the building, I can't look down. I don't know. How are we going to get started? Okay. Sorry. Anyways, so this is part two of Waco. And again, shout out to Loin Knitus. I know, I know, it's fun. Sometimes they get a like transition with like, like, I really really into that conversation. Six minutes of no topic whatsoever. Last time we left you off with the situation in Waco, there was an initial confrontation with the, the warrant. It's debatable on who shot first. Yep, but somebody shot. Somebody shot suit. Agents died. A couple hours of a firefight.

7:17And then. Presented by 50 days of, that's right, stalemate. And then we got to the point of 50 days of, quote unquote, negotiations. People were leaving, not leaving. Karesh wanted to do a manuscript in a, a video. I guess explaining his situation or explaining his, he was trying to indoctrinate. Let's be real. Let's call space. He was, he was trying to recruit him. It was a recruitment. He wanted to get group or like, the media or the public on the side. He wanted the public sentiment to like, defeat into his campaign. And, and history shows us how like powerful, somebody that's dead and their message and their, well, they're already telling you. But yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I mean, if you like, like, like, to where he's pointing, it's like, look at. It, most famous people become, become more famous after their death. Like, they, there was something about that,

8:19specifically with artists, you see, like, after the death, it became four more famous. Like, if you look at, for example, Gaudi, Gaudi was the most famous man in Spain. He was the most famous, but he literally died as a bum. And he got hit by a fucking one of the, the, the trams. And really? So when Gaudi got, he got hit by like, one of the, one of the trams they had. And he looked like a little bum. So they put him in the bum jail. I'm not jailed. The, the bum hospital. And he died in that hospital and they're like, oh, fuck, it was Gaudi. It's that guy. And then now it's like half a fucking Spain is like, dedicated to fucking Gaudi. It's like, literally, it's like, he did a bunch of amazing shit. Don't get me wrong. I think that's what he wanted to do. That's what he wanted to get more. He wanted to like have this like, yeah. Ooh. So where we left you was April 18th. And that was when Janet Reno approved the plan plan, yeah. And again, just, you know, towards, just towards the end of the last episode, we went over that the plan was not supposed to be a

9:20D day incursion. It wasn't supposed to be a 100 soldiers storming storming the, the, the compound, et cetera. But here's what the plan was supposed to be, which was that it was supposed to be stages of gas. Like tears shot, yeah, shot in over a 24-hour period. Oh, so it's just the point where they're like, I literally can breathe. I have to leave, but that's all right. Yeah, that's right. So the idea would be, you know, you shoot in. Just non-stop. Yeah, non-stop. At approximately 5.55 AM, the Department of Justice report. So again, this is from the, this is the report. This is from the report. It states two combat engineering vehicles moved into position and began delivering tear gas. Negotiators delivered scripted announcements, emphasizing, this is not an assault. We're not here to kill you. We're not here to kill you guys.

10:22So you want to exit, please exit. And this is the strange part is that they just kept saying it was not an assault over the loudspeakers. Then they were assaulting. This is not an assault. It's very strange. These bullets are not an assault. Trust me, it's very weird. So they delivered those announcements on the PAs and over the phone and they instructed occupants to leave. The report states, Davidians began firing within minutes and continued throughout. It also states in the report that the FBI did not fire any shots. That's hard to believe. Yeah. I don't believe that. I feel like it's a fucking bullshit. Around 8 o' 8 am, a detail that became available years later, the special council report concluded that an HRT agent fired three pyrotectic tear gas rounds at a concrete structure

11:23about 75 feet from the actual living quarters. Pyrotectic tear gas. Yeah, I think that's a pyrotectic tear gas. I'm assuming that it's a, it's explosion. It's like a flashbang. Yeah, there you go. And so the report came out saying that they fired it into a construction pit about 75 feet away from the main living quarters. Why would they do that? It's like, let's tear gas 75 feet away from the yellow gate. Like some sort of a warning, like, I don't know, this is. But this is at eight. This is three hours after like they were already fucking them up. And the reason I'm bringing this up is because a fire starts. Yeah, so that's to see. This is why I think they say that this is covering their ass. Yes, we say we didn't even fire it actually. Yeah, we didn't we shot it the other direction. Yeah, it was away from them. I don't know how the fire started. But the same report also concludes that years later, pyrotectics were not an evidence of any sort of criminal conspiracy. But it did materially contribute to the perception

12:24of that something was being concealed. Meaning that they, in the same report, it said it didn't start the fire. But then they're like, well, we fired it. So we use it somewhere around, but the innocent. Okay, it's a little confusing because we're like 30 years later. You know, and reports are coming out, but not at the time. And of course, yeah, but years later. Shortly after noon, a fire erupted. It described in the report the three separate origin points of the fire and concludes that the fire was intentionally set by those inside. That's no way. Yeah, let's burn ourselves. Yeah, it was 51 days as light as well. That's bullshit. The Special Counsel report, likewise concludes, government agents did not start or materially contribute to the fire. Okay, this is getting evidence of excellence and multiple ignition points and firing into the compound says that they did not start the fire.

13:25This is what this is at this point. I was like, yeah, you know, before this, I'm like, okay, I can see the government's view on the way. Yeah, but it's not, you know, now I'm like, okay, you guys are, this is bullshit. They throwing Molotov cocktails inside of the compound at their own people, but they didn't start anything. The Molotov cocktail would never start a fire. No, I'm saying that they were saying like, internally, they're like, yeah, let's burn ourselves. Like, yeah, no one's doing that. So a fire started and this fire turned into a blaze and then the blaze turned into an actual eruption of flame. Oh, yeah. And you can see the videos. Yeah, it's so we talked about how big the compound is, multiple buildings, etc. Just imagine, I mean, go look, go look at the video. It's full-scale flame. Oh, yeah, it's like, it's an inferno. Oh, yeah, it's like a blaze. Just, just burning.

14:27And then there are witnesses and people just watching, even the snipers said a lot, even the news crews, they were watching it and the whole time, they were like, you know, okay, they're going to come out because it's on fire. Yeah. I mean, that's the first thing I'm doing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Waiting for like this crowd of people to run it out. That's right. Unfortunately, they didn't come out. That's fact. Maybe it was all the tear gas and they're all like, fucking discombobulated. And apparently they were huddled into a majority of all of those people, like a lot of smoke and you don't know where to go. Yeah, you're so, you're so like disoriented. Yeah, now a couple of people did come out. But like three or four, yeah. And so at this point, there's 80 people still in there. Jesus. Yeah. So again, because this is an audio podcast, it's hard to describe how, I mean, it's like a volcano.

15:32It literally just looks like a volcano. And then it just burned. And it burned and burned. And the whole time people were like, you know, people are just going to come out. All right, at least this is the end of this. But again, nobody, nobody came out. And so the aftermath of it and the forensic of it is horrifying. Texas Rangers, oh, they're on the scene. Finally, the fuck they were part of cleanup. Oh, God. And they recovered 75 bodies, Jesus Christ. Medical, the medical examiner concluded 75 people died inside because of fire, because of either burning to death, smoke or gunshots. Oh, so somewhere already dead. So some say, well, they buried, they were buried homies. Oh, yeah. So, but the, but the tips are we didn't fire. We didn't fire in a one shot, not a one shot fired.

16:37But like, for example, crash, it was unknown whether he died from the fire or the gunshot. Oh, like, it's like gotten weeks earlier. Yeah, yeah. 25 children that were under 15 died. God damn it. That's fucked. But the most probable thing going back to crash is that he died with the fire, because this makes sense that people would stay there if they didn't have this guy, like, just manipulating the lamb. I am the lamb. Yeah. I mean, that's, that's basically the, the result of it all. And it, it looked like, you know, I saw an interview by one of the snipers who was walking around and, and he said it was, it looked like the apocalypse. Walking on dead bodies. Everything was burnt to a crisp. Life is full of choices, but the choice between getting crispy chicken nuggets or a crunch wrap slider isn't one you'll have to make.

17:38The new crispy chicken crunch wrap slider at Taco Bell. All white meat chicken nuggets, breaded into her tea chips, wrapped up sauce and all, inside a slider-sized crunch wrap. Choose from creamy chipotle or jalapeno honey mustard. Well, there we go. Life is still full of choices. The new crispy chicken crunch wrap slider, a brand new classic, only at Taco Bell. And participating in those Taco Bell locations for limited time and loss applies last. Voice of words. I know. Yeah, yeah. But the immediate legal record did not solve Waiko. It reframed it. The DOJ's aftermath chapter describes a week's long crime scene search in arson investigation. And it finally was completed in July of 1993. Extensive ballistic and inventory findings, including the hundreds of firearms that we talked about. Independent arson investigation concluded the fire was deliberately set from within. I don't believe it. I don't believe it. I don't believe it.

18:38I don't believe that either. I don't believe that one bit. Why would they just... Is it just masseuse? No, there's no reason. No, dude, no. Like, because here's the thing like, yes, there is a point where like, you know, sure, some people will, you know, be that what's the word I'm looking for that like, you're that devout. Is that it? Yeah, you're such a zealot that you're willing to die. But like, 90 people, most of them, and there's 40 kids under 50, you're not going to burn your kids like for this cause. And the kids not going to willingly. No, no, no, burned out. No, and I think at this point what happened is like, by the time the fire started, it was too late for anyone to get out. Like, it was like, look, imagine it's like, okay, there's the, you're tracking a fire. You're in a currently safe space. You're freaking the fuck out. So you're like, you're huddled up with your kids or whatever.

19:39The exit is engulfed in flames. You're not going to run through that. And at that point, you're fucked. It's just like, you're just too fucked. And everybody you've been listening to are just like, you know, stay here. Everything's gonna be fine. It's gonna calm down. They're going to get fires going to subside or they're going to get fire spot here. They're going to put the water. They're going to put it out. And then it's just like too late. Yeah, fuck. What sucks? So then the question became at the end, were they coerced to stay there? Were they, did they believe in it so much that they, no, I think willing to sacrifice their lives? I think they were trapped. I think that was just like, there was no like plausible escape. Because it's just the setup. Yeah, it was just, it was just, it was just a, it was a blade. Deliberate, it was basically an accident. They couldn't get out of and it's too late. Like exactly. It was just like, they couldn't fun get out. Your exits are, are engulfed in flames.

20:40And like, yeah, I get like the worst. But there's things like, would you run through a raging fire with the potential to make it? Dude, I don't know if I could do that. I know. I don't know if I could. Yeah. But then the question becomes is, who could like, who's liable for the death of all these people? Well, in my opinion, it's that 18. The man, pyrotechnic, it's the whole opposite of the way. Oh, no, you think David Kuresh. Oh, well, David Kuresh is in the, he's the root of it all. For sure, 100%. So it is inevitably on him. For sure. For sure. But I mean, but the government, the government is definitely liable. Oh, for sure. 100%. But definitely the ATF for sure, because even this dimension of, well, I mean, we did have like a pyrotechnic to your guess, module, but we didn't use it. Yeah. Against, I mean, it was like 75 feet. It would clearly, it was,

21:40it was them. They sent the fire. It was the milk. They let the milk come from. Yeah, kind of going back to what you said. I think it was the first episode when we started off. And this is a record from the DOJ. That's right. And it's like, I think that, you know, it's definitely a cover up PR. They're trying to cover their, of how they, they handled it. Yeah, how they handled it. How they went down. Yeah. Because realistically, when is the DOJ ever been like, yeah, we fucked up? They never just, one of them just said, they've never done that ever. Oh, we, we went a little, made a little upcy. They've never done that. I think they did. You remember the Japanese interming camps? Yeah. I think they did. But like in 60 years later, well, maybe they wanted to make sure everybody was not alive anymore. We might have potentially have made a little fuck up and like, enslaving US citizens. So that's okay. So federal prosecutions of surviving dividends led to mixed

22:42verdicts. Records show convictions and sentencing disputes, including litigation over the machine gun enhancements. Meaning, why were they there in the first place? That's why they were there, yeah. Over the longer arc, Congress revisited Waco repeatedly. The House report on federal law enforcement agencies criticized the ATF, affidavit, supporting the warrants as containing significant errors and misdemeanors. Even if probable cause existed and faulted aspects of decision-making and negotiation posture. Cool. So they're literally admitting that they were doing this on a mistake. Yeah. But no one takes responsibility. It's not our fault. Right. But we shouldn't have been there in the first place. A later House reported, a report examining new evidence, quote unquote, aligned with special counsel in court conclusions that the government

23:43did not cause the fire. Sure. or direct gunfire on April 19th. But they acknowledge pyrotechnic round misunderstandings. Misunderstandings. Well, see, this is the thing I fucking despise about the government is that they'll do all these special committees and, oh, there's blah, blah, blah. And even when they find shit that's wrong, no one's held accountable. It's because it's like a vagary of an of a no, but they're even entity. There's no no, but even like, for example, like, there's no one person. Yeah, meaning like our podcast gets sued. It's the LLC. Limited liability. I am not responsible for the entity. No, but like, for example, like you take the, you know, with what happened with COVID. And then you have like, you know, years after the fact, like, well, yeah, you know,

24:43we kind of made this all up. And there's all, you know, it's all a sham and like the social distancing and mass, it was all like a joke. And, you know, maybe this, it actually, none of it actually helped at all. And all your lives are ruined and you lost your jobs and all this shit. And then it's like, okay, but who's accountable? Well, nobody. Yeah. They're like, yeah, we fucked up, but like nobody, there's no person who takes the blame. Yeah. Everything is just like, yeah, sorry. Sorry, it's almost like your kid. Your kid like fuck shit up. And they're like, sorry. And you're like fine. But it's on like your life scale. And we're like, oh, cool. Well, like I lost my job. And like I lost my house because of the situation. They're like, well, sucks to be you. And on the Fauci's Riches Balls. And it's like, you know, like, whatever. And they're like, what? What about me? What the fuck? Afterwards, 12 of the survivors, the Dominions that survived, were put on trial. Oh, wow. Great.

25:43For murder. For murder, for murder of what? Four people. Well, how could 12 people murder? Four people. No, but how could 12 people murder four people? Like, well, somebody did, somebody did. No, someone did. Somebody shot them. They're going to, how can you try them all? Well, where's the evidence? Well, where's the evidence? No, but where's the evidence that the bullets from the guns that they supposedly shot? Like, where's the, there's no evidence? Where's the murder weapon? They can get put on trial, but how are they going to prove that? Well, okay, what happened with the trial? So here's, here, they were charged with many things. It wasn't just murder. Okay. But they were charged with murder of four, aiding and embedding murder. Oh, each person was charged with the murder of all conspiracy. You're all being charged with four counts of murder. They were what? They were charged with conspiracy of murder. Okay. Yeah. And then firearms violations, including manipulation of automatic weapons. Okay, well, I don't get, I don't get the conspiracy of murder one, because like, took inspire means premeditated. So you premeditated,

26:43they knew that ATF would come. There was a tip that they were coming. There was a tip. Okay, this is so loose. You can see, like, this is ridiculous. I think it looks like so ridiculous, but what happened? There was a tip. What happened with this trial? Nobody in the Waco incident was convicted of murder. Okay, what were they convicted of that? Nobody is. As it seems like a set up. So like, all these people died. I'm just saying, like, four ATF agents and like, like, 70, 70 humans died. Nobody's been convicted on both sides. On both sides. That's what you're saying. Yeah. Okay. They weren't even arrested from the government side. Nobody was arrested. Nobody was charged. No one was fired. No. Yeah. This is not even like, they got a raise. Promoted. There were a couple that got firearm offences and they received the Mac sentencing. Which is what? 40 years. 40 years? Dude, can you imagine this being like a guy

27:45and you're like, oh, man, I believe, I believe the lamb. I'm like, I'm part of the commune. After about five or six, some of my info is a little sketchy, but about five or six years later, there were, those 40-year sentences were reduced to about 10 through appeals. Yeah. But I'm just saying, could you imagine for the weapons you imagine serving even just 10 years? When you were like, say you didn't even fire the gun, like you were just like, I believed. Yeah. I just believed in this guy and now you're like 10 years in prison. I mean, I don't know what to say. You believe from the wrong guy. Yeah. I mean, they fucked up. I don't know what to say. But also, it wasn't just believe in the wrong guy. It was like, how you can give up your children to this guy and you know what? You deserve the present time. Fuck you. No, take my kid. Take my wife. And because you did 70 people died including children in a fire, like the worst way possible.

28:46They're literally the worst way possible. They're the instant, like imagine all the things I don't want to go that way. I'd rather freeze a death than burn a death. Yeah. I'd rather drown. I would drown. You don't have to take the drown. Much rather drown for sure. But I can just imagine like Eric being like, hey man, like, why do you, why are you crashing over me? The mean is fuck your wife. And, uh, you know, I'm the lamb. And then I stand like, you don't get the, you don't get the abstracts. You're right. I do like me. No, but the wildest part is that I talk to you into it. I don't, I don't like fully on board, but like, maybe I guess, I don't know, like, you're like, no trust me on the lamb. So it's hilarious. Like this, this example is hilarious because it's so absurd at the beginning. But that really, he talked to me and doing it with like a slow burn. And I'm like, I don't know. And you're like, do you want the seven seals or not? That's right. And you're like, I'm like, fuck, I mean, I kind of want the seals. And then it's like, you know, we're both the dads.

29:46There are kids. The father. There are kids. I'm like, no, that's my daughter. It's my daughter. I am the lamb. Trust me. Now I can get, okay. And I'm trying to like stretch it and like fully understand. I can get behind the whole community living. Totally. Yeah. I'm totally kind of cool. Like, I think it's great. I think the little small communities are cool. I'm like, fuck it. You don't want to like be part of the whole system. I'm off-grid. Yeah. I get it. A hundred percent. Like apparently they had no phones, no television, no anything. Yeah. That I can no. No, no television, no phone. No, I know what it means. Fuck you. You're just saying like, you can kind of understand the apparel. It's nice. It's like, it's not that a big deal. It's like, back to earth. And I'm like, you're kind of like, like, fucking back on this. I'm like, how much time? But like, once you're there, and then you're like, I'm gonna have to sleep with them. Don't you be like, that's why I'm like, yeah, I'm good. Like, that's where I'm like, maybe.

30:48You start, you start rethinking. Yeah. That's what you're talking about. Like, hey, I believe in God, man. I mean, I have very much believe in this. But, but, I'm not interpretation is a little different than mine. Yeah. And maybe I get a really good job at Nvidia. I gotta go. Oh, I'm sorry. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity. And I know we're fucking joking about this. But, you know, I don't know what to say. I mean, it's strange to us. It's very, it's strange. The thing is that you have to, the people, here's the thing, the people that were there, there has to be some semblance of responsibility for allowing yourself to be in this situation. Right. You're allowing this guy. And you're believing that this guy has the rights to sleep with your wife and your kids because he's some sort of, you know, profit or whatever. Like, and I mean, everyone there has to be a line. Yeah. Like, and that just doesn't mean that's the line.

31:48To me, it's no longer spiritual. No, it's not. It's physical. It's physical. Right. He's trying to get his. Oh, God wants me to sleep with your wife. Like, no, he doesn't. That's what, no, he doesn't. He doesn't want you to do that. That's not, when is he ever said that? Is an adultery like condemned in the Bible? Like, how was the, how were they like making this go? It doesn't make any sense. Yeah. Like, adultery's like, I cried. Did they used to fucking stone people for this? Yeah, okay. And then, but before we get into the next segment, I do want to go, okay, on the other side, showing up at your door in America. True. No knocking. Okay. No warrant served. Just for no warrant serve. Well, that's, no, no, let's just take the other side. Okay. Let's say they did. Okay. No warrant served. Weapons. But he's what, but they also have ATF on their chest. Yeah, but here's the thing, you're not talking about.

32:48Like, just random, like you show him, like, like a, like a, like a enjoying doorbell. And then like, look at this mask, my the fuck are out of my door. Trust me, trust me up in the door. So you're saying you think it was just fine from the ATF side? Yeah. Well, if they got shot upon first. No, no, but say they didn't. No, but here's the okay. Okay, the dividends say they were not shot upon. They were not. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, yeah, I apologize. The dividends say they were shot upon right without being served the war. Okay, so they were protecting their homeland. Okay. For their home. Okay. Per the fourth amendment. Yes. Of standing your ground. Okay, fine. That was, that was supposed to get serious. You don't believe them. Yeah, I don't, I don't, I, I, I'm with Hore. Yeah, I don't, I don't believe that the ATI just came in their shooting. They knew there were kids there. They knew there were women and children. I don't think they came in their shooting. Also, it's like, but on, on the flip side, I'm like, yeah, I don't agree that the ATF should have showed up like that, especially it came out later that the, that the, some of the, the information was not accurate. And maybe some of these warrants were above board. But I mean, I'll give you a classic example. It's like a classic playbook. Well, no, I'm going to give you an example of how like, I, I deal with things differently. And it always works out nicely. It's like, you see these videos of these people who are so uncooperative and combative.

34:51And then the ends up shitty. Dude, you know, many tickets I've gotten out of just because I'm like, hyper cooperative. True. And I'm like, here you go. I roll my, I've been pulled over multiple times. And so one time in particular, which I thought was really funny, I get pulled over. I instantly roll down all my windows. Yeah, same. All of them. I just roll down my windows. And so that's just the one thing I always do. I'm just fucking out on my windows because I'm like, I don't want them like fucking thinking. I'm like, hi, you shit. I'm like fucking, but then I literally am sitting there. Just with my fucking, with my ID and my registration and all my shit. I'm like, just waiting. So this one time I didn't roll down my windows. I just rolled down, I rolled down mine, but I didn't roll down my other ones. Yeah, this I wasn't thinking. He guy cop comes and waiting. And then another cop comes behind him. And I'm like, okay, whatever. So one cop goes to the other side. The cops come to this. I just find it Denise on. So I look at the two windows. So he comes up and I give him my shit. And I'm like, here go, sir.

35:51He's like, okay, he's like, no, I pulled you over. I'm like, yes, I was I was going 42. And I thought that was the 40 speed limit. But it switched over. It switches over to 30. And I'm like, I was speeding. Because like, I know it switches. And I forgot about it. And he's like, this is exactly right. You were, yes, you were going 42. That's that's exactly what happened. I'm like, yeah, I know. And then he like comes back and then. And like the other cops like looking and whatever. And at this time, I went and got food. And I had our food. I buckled in the food. So like the food's buckled in. So then he comes back. And he's like, he's like, he's like, it's fine, man. Like you guys can just go, you know, it's, it's no big deal. You were really, like you were the crop, but it's fine. I'm not going to give you a ticket. And I'm like, you guys, then he looks in. And he's like, he goes, oh, fuck, that's your food. Just fucking go. I think this happened. I was like, okay, sir. Thank you. It's like, oh, fuck, that's your food. You and you and your chick flake girlfriend can go. They little thought it was like another person. He's like, you guys can go.

36:52But like, I was like, yes. Like I know, I know what I'm like here to like fight you. I was doing something wrong. Like, it's okay. Like, yes, give me a ticket. I don't give a shit. No, granted, though, that's not 30 agents with weapons. Granted, though, I don't have 400 firearms, you know, like an a commune in Texas. All right. Well, that's really bad right now. But my point is, but my point is like, okay. Like, if you're doing something like, why be combative? Yeah. Like, I don't believe the ATF shop first. Okay. Yeah. I do believe the ATF burn the fucking house down. Yeah. For sure. 100%. I believe they are one hundred percent. Even if it was accidental. I don't think they did it on purpose. I think they was an accident for sure. They were just like, fuck it. They put way too many flashbangs in. Yeah. Yeah. Whatever the tear gas. Who? Why? Why? Uh, gas. Do you have like a non-piro-techno tear gas? Like, why is it got to be pie-like a basic one? Like, give me just like the, just the gas only.

37:54I think with the level one, basic, no, no-frill one. Like, why is it got to be pie-ro? I get it. But so if that's the case, then, so 70 people died. That's why you can't just be like, oh, it's just part of the job. Yeah. The government said, somebody needs to be more than reprimanded. Like, they need to be held accountable. Yeah. But they don't ever do it. No, they did it. Walk into the US fucking government. Nobody can arrest it. Nobody got charged. Nothing. No. There's no one's accountable for anything. They do this fucking shit all the time. Like, stand and shut the fucking, we've learned. We've learned. Homies order and drone strikes and shit. No one's fucking accountable. Yeah. That's true. That's true. I gotta join the government. Dude, literally, it's like, dude, whatever the fuck you are, and get paid, like, take bribes. Fuck it. We got started NGO. Oh, my God. We got started daycare. Yeah. Exactly. Dude, get paid. Why are we doing podcasting?

38:54We're stupid. Several prominent conspiracy theories are from the 1993 Waco siege, often alleging government overreach or cover ups, though official investigations have largely debunked them. These include claims that federal agents intentionally started the fire, fabricated motives for the raid, and engaged in broader suppression of dissent. Mm-hmm. Okay. While evidence leans toward shared responsibility between the branch to Vidyans and the federal missteps. That's what I'm on board. Shared. Shared was everywhere. They're all, they all fucked up. Everyone fucked up. They just persist among anti-government groups, highlighting ongoing debates about authority and accountability. Now again, and we had talked about before, which is before it was ruby ridge. So tensions were high in regard to the ATF PR was they were fucking up.

40:01They were like, all in there. Their PR was not very good. They were all the max thing. I just kept fucking up even more. So here are a couple of the conspiracies related to wake-home, one, the government initiated the fire. It seems likely that theories claiming the FBI or ATF deliberately started the fire because they were tired of the standoff. You know what? That makes a lot of sense. Honestly, they're like, I'm sick of this shit. It's said that they deliberately started the fire using flammable tear gas, pyro-technic rounds, or even flamethrowers that were on the tanks, oh wow, in an effort to just squash it. I don't think that they, okay, so this is the theory that they did do that, but simply because they were like, I'm done. Exactly. It's 51 days. And I thought done. They thought they're going to run out when they see this fire, everybody's going to

41:04run out. And then we can cut it. They're like, what's the quick way to get them out? This is fucking burn them out. Now, but if you believe in smoke them out, literally, literally, if you believe in that theory, then that means the government killed 70 people in accident. Yeah. Well, none of this, like on that thing, on, on, on, what's the word, like, uh, on the legend, on the phone that they wouldn't escape, yes, like, uh, on the, like a side, like a result of, yeah, the result of collateral damage, yeah, they call their bluff. Yes. Like, oh, they're, they're just going to run out. And then that's why everyone's like, they're not on it. Why aren't they on it? Yeah. Oh, shit. The fuck? Turn the TV off. Turn the camera off. There's a, there's a legal. So the next one was in a lot of the press conferences that were done by the FBI, they said that, that David Kuresh promised to leave into exit, but then broke his promise.

42:10And they said he did it five times over the course of the 51 days. Well, that makes sense. Leading them, leading them to believe that, like, to string it out. Yeah. Well, I mean, I believe he was stringing it out for sure. 100%. Um, but the audio recordings were deleted. Of those. Ooh. So there's no evidence that he ever said we're leaving spicy meatball, uh, convenience. Of course. What that means corrupted, sir, we got, we got another 350 hours, but not those, not that one. Wait a minute. So that implies is that they covered the, like, it was a cover up because he never actually said we're leaving. Yeah. They just had poor negotiation tactics. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's, um, that sounds legit that they were like just terrible negotiators. I mean, do you think about it, too? Like in the grand scheme of like the federal government, like the ATF seems like they're

43:14like the C team. Yeah. They're like low on the totem poles, like you don't make the cut with the other agency so you're like, yeah, ATF, yeah, sure, like I can get that job. Yeah. Uh, another one was about the whole motive in itself to, to raid them in the first place because originally, uh, supposedly it was a drug lab. Yeah, I really, I don't think that doesn't seem plausible. Yeah, I don't know about that. So they say that, that, that was part of the, uh, uh, selling point of raiding them in the first place was that it was drugs and weapons, ATF, um, well, the ATF is, I'll call tobacco and firearms. It's not drugs. DEA is drug enforcement. Right. Yeah. True. Very true. But supposedly the ATF ignored the drug dealings and fabricated the drug lab allegations in order to justify such a large amount of price or presence. Yeah.

44:14Okay. That makes sense. Yeah. Uh, I don't, I don't believe that. I think they just, they, they, to justify their, their, they're like possible. They're like, oh, it's possible. They have drugs. I think that, the guy that they had in there wrote Rodriguez, um, he had the drugs go figure. Yeah. Go figure. We're just trying to say, well, Rodriguez is like, if you take the coco leaves, trust him. So they had, they had their guy in there. And then he, uh, so they're, you know, they're getting, they're getting the intel over however long. I don't know. So then they know they have all these weapons in there. They're probably modified at some, some degree, a couple of them, a couple of them. Yeah. A couple of them. And, uh, when they got the tip that they knew that they were coming, they were like, they just rushed. Yeah. They're just like, fucking, let's rush the house and then like, kind of like, kind of like take care of this fast with its presence, but then it fucking turned against them.

45:16Yeah. Well, you know, like pile, so like if you're, uh, a cop and you're trying to get the warrant, you're piling on any, anything, everything, you know, you know, I mean, like, it's possible there's drugs there. I don't know. Yeah. Yeah. But also just again, back to like the, the, the presence of how much, how many, how many it was 30 of them, right? That showed up. Yeah. It's, I mean, it's all video, I would recommend you go watch the video and just, it looks like a fucking, it's a tactic to be a harbor fucking. So, you know what I mean? No, but it's a tactic that like, the, that show of force, usually, usually we'll get somebody to just back down. Yeah. I can't win. Yeah. But not this time. Yeah. All right, the next one is who fired first. And we talked about it quite a bit. Yeah, I think it was probably one of the, cuz that's the biggest thing, right?

46:17Is, is, do you serve the warrant? I think the biggest thing is the fire. Oh, yeah, I know. Oh, for sure. But it's like, it's like the catalyst of the thing. I think it was like one of those L.A. dudes was like, fuck that, you're gonna take, I got my rights. Yeah, you're gonna take me. Yeah, cuz they knew they were coming. I think that they planned that one. They're like, they're not coming in here. Yeah. And he was probably like, you're protected. Yeah. The Constitution's protecting you. Like, here, this is legal. Not to mention. It's 100% legal to shoot these. Yes. Not to mention God. Don't forget. Oh, well, it's not a lamb. Everything's legal into the lamb. Oh. Yeah. But the lamb is the law, baby. Yeah, you probably used that, you know, to convince them, like, look, where nothing's gonna happen to us. Yeah. Oh, yeah. You got the lamb on your side. God's on your side. And look at, I mean, just look at like North Korea, for example. It's like, dude, Kim Jong-un is like, he's got a lot of suns, like, no, he's like, you know, he's like, you know, he's like, he's like, the lock this muster is a great example.

47:18And this is a totally valid example. You fucking fuckers. Yeah, I got a good one. It is. Cuz like, he, like, Kim Jong-un is like the law. Yeah. So it's like, yeah, like fuck everybody else, like, they're not like, there's no outside perspective. It's only like what you're told. Yeah. So like, that's the thing. It's like, I'm the supreme leader. Do as I say. That's true. Yeah. Make nukes. Fuck everybody else. Make nukes. Yeah. Like, trust me. It's okay. I told you it's okay. I don't give a shit what those other people say. You got no internet. No fucking, you can't let no outside perspectives. The other one, some theories lean toward political motivations, alleging the four killed the ATF agents worked for Bill Clinton. Hmm. I mean, why, oh, that was the connect, I, okay, sure, and add to the Clinton body count. But Clinton hired the, the, the dissidents, one of the fuck, the, the, the video, why did

48:23they, why were they the ones to die out of 30? Dude, everybody worked for Clinton. Everybody. At all times. Every decade. Somebody worked. I'm saying we're the president. Everyone works for you. Was Clinton the president at this time? No. He was before he was president. He was a president. He became president in 93. Okay. Hmm. I just think that's such a, it's such a losing. It's a fringe. It's super fringe because it's also like, okay, they work from it and like, they got killed by dividends. I just, it's, it's too loose. Too loose. Unless they were like, he's like, I agree. Servants. Yeah. They haven't become ATF agents right afterwards. So then I, I put together, they're not conspiracy theories, but they're strange coincidences. And you know how we, you know how it's a clinky thing. You know how we do. We all, we went over it a little bit, but McVeigh was there. Okay. That's a strange one.

49:23That's super strange. But maybe he was motivated by it. Yeah. Like this, this was his motivation. The fact that the bombing took place on the anniversary, right? So that's the next coincidence, which is, which is the Oklahoma sitting bombing was April 19th, 1995, which is the same day, that's not a coincidence. Same day in the fire. That's not a coincidence. No, that was, that's a plant. Plant, plant. Yeah. Yeah. Janet Reno, who is the attorney general attorney general. She authorized the final strike. She also later managed the OKC response.
