Like you said, the officials have called this game so much tighter in the second half than they did in the first half. So Texas and Purdue almost assuredly going to go over the total as is Nebraska and Iowa mat. So two overs more than likely here to start the sweet 16 as how many pump fakes did three pump fakes that the brain Smith just do. He's a small guy and he's going up against bigger guards and he does that pump fake a lot when he drives in there. I think he's you know, you know, six five guard right there and he did draw the foul, but a lot of pump fakes and Smith needs knock down two free throws here to tie up this game. I was I felt like I had a good read on Nebraska Iowa on the side standpoint when it was 12 to Nebraska took Iowa plus seven and a half. It's a three point game. I like that number total took under 140 and a half. That looks like a loser under 150 and a half maybe and then under 157 and a half. So at some point, maybe we'll hit one of those, but we got a tie ball game in Purdue and Texas. Matt still to come in this same arena where they are playing this Texas and Purdue game. You've got Arkansas and Arizona, we'll call the number eight. There's an eight and a half at Fiendt Fandall seven and a half at Draft Kings. I laid seven and a half with Arizona. You and I don't really love to play favorites too much, but I felt like as we've discussed a bunch, it is it's going to be a challenge for this Arizona or excuse me for this Arkansas team to slow down Arizona.

8:14That being said, good news for Arkansas. They are getting some relief Nick Pringle. The big fella is expected back here. He has not played in the last two games. He hasn't played in the dance. He got hurt against Vanderbilt, but he is back. He wasn't even on the injury report, so you will get Nick Pringle back, which adding some size when you're facing a team like Arizona is certainly a beneficial thing. Yeah, it's an Arkansas team that does not play a lot of defense and does not have a lot of depth. So you get a player back. That's obviously important in a game like this. And I still think when you look at the matchups, the Xs knows you have to favor the wild cats. Drubble penetration from the guards. The big guys on the front line are going to pretty much get what they want. If you get that dribble penetration and one of those games where you might want to bet there is a cuff over his point prop. I think we had someone who read us about that. Lance said the play on Arkansas is a cuff over 25 points.

We looked smart all week and then late action came in on the boiler makers closing this at eight and a half and we'll see how this game ultimately concludes. But it feels like this game unless it goes over time, which is always the concern. This is looking like a very close game at the finish. 62 59 the score under eight to go in Iowa, Nebraska, the corn has a three point lead over their arch rival Iowa and Iowa, ooh, a corner three. The regression has certainly set in, Matt. We are not seeing the same shot making that we did in the first half in Houston between Nebraska and Iowa. Yeah. Not even close. By the way, I blind still Purdue minus one and a half with some juice attached to that one 20 or so, but this game is going to go down to the wire. Like I said, it went all week and I had somebody text me today and said, well, there's somebody else on V sin touting Purdue and I said, I don't care. We got the Purdue whisperer here.

18:47and the Iowa Hawkeyes now minus 8 10 on the money line that after that three. What did I say? One point Nebraska was minus 240 early in the game. I said, that's way too early in the game for Nebraska to be laying 240 on the money line. And now this thing is completely flipped. It's type of things you need to look for and lie betting and Nebraska going to fire up the three here. I think that was ranked mass shooting a three big man misses a three and I was got the ball in the three point lead with 140 to go. And this is the perfect team you want. If you have an Iowa ticket to let them grind things out here, this total has gone over 133. I believe in our contest is 134 and a half. So there is hope very little, but there is hope. And if you're Iowa, you are a team who loves to and hunger three, man. And that is is that the dagger shot 71 65 Iowa has now taken a lead as Nebraska has

Any interest in Nebraska eight to one on the money line right now, 56 seconds ago, Iowa will have the ball. It's not like Nebraska known for great defense. Probably not taking that because you don't have the ball and you're down by three and that's probably a fair number. Seeing a little bit, someone took a nibble because it went down to 750, but I can't blame anyone for taking eight to one, but I'm not taking it if that's what I'm not going to tell you to take it. It's just I was very sound well coached team and they got, you know, good free throw

You're defending a right handed point guard. How do you let him drive to the right overplay to the right? Make him go to his left was we talked about Matt. This is a this is the worst defensive team remaining in the field. The Texas Longhorns and right now they lead trail by three 38 seconds to go. If you're Matt painter, play this possession out. And if you're, um, yeah, you're not going to foul unless it gets under 10 seconds. If you think about fouling under 10 seconds with the three point lead, but I don't think Texas is going to allow it to get to that. Longhorns are going to put up a three here. 41:46you say it's it would you say it's a fair comparison to look at Arizona as a comp to Illinois when it when you think about Houston playing a team like that so Arizona beat Houston twice Arizona was an underdog at Houston without co-opied and beat him 73 66 and then beat him in the big 12 championship at full strength 79 74 is that a concern if you've got a Houston future or if you're on Houston tonight I think it's a bit of a concern but you're not thinking about those games now I think what you're thinking about is your guards Kingston Fleming's manual sharp and Milo Suzon have got to control this game and Illinois's got pretty good guards in the back or two but the guards are going to win this game for you tonight not the big guys I think Illinois is pretty good rebounding team on the offensive and defense been but toughness is not going to be the problem for Houston they needs the guards to show up and hit big shots and come up big

42:50uh in the last five minutes of this game too I still feel like this is going to be you talk about lower possessions in this game I certainly think this is going to be similar to the Purdue Texas game very tight game last five minutes and the guards are going to win it for you and uh I question the Alina is toughness when it comes to grinding out a tough win against a team like Houston we we've seen Illinois lose a bunch of close games this season that's I mean that's all they do I mean they got blown out by Michigan but outside of that Matt it's either they blow teams out or they lose a close game I think they've lost an overtime three times this year I mean I think I was four is it yeah three times in the regular season and they lost to Wisconsin the big ten conference tournament so they lost the Michigan state Wisconsin UCLA all in overtime in the regular season and then they lost to Wisconsin they also lost in Nebraska early on in the season by three and whether or not it's fair to go all the way back Matt they lost to a team in Yukon back in on Black Friday 74 61 so I do have some questions

Yeah Arizona I'd be really really really surprised that Arizona does not win this game I would even this one of the favorites I actually kind of liked on the board and I thought about laying the points here with Arizona I don't think Arkansas defends well enough they're not going to stop the dribble penetration of the Arizona guards and that front line for the Wildcats is big and skilled no excuse for Arizona really to lose this game Darius Acuff could go off for 30 plus points and Arizona could still win by 10 tonight I could see that happening.
