So I'm not feeling great about the first one under 140 and a half, but I went back in at under 150 and a half. So right now you look at Iowa Nebraska, Matt Nebraska is going to score again.

4:10Man, they are on fire right now. The total up to 152 and a half. You keep saying at some point there's got to be regression, but I don't know, man. Maybe it's just Nebraska's night because Iowa, a very good defensive team right now. Nebraska is on fire tonight, Matt. They are shooting exceptionally well. They're shooting 61% from the field and 55% from three, perfect from the free throw line. So far in this game and they've also been attacking the glass. They have four offensive rebounds in this game as well. Little Sammy Hoeyberg talked about a gritty player. Coach's son guy plays with a high IQ in Nebraska, eight assists so far, playing very efficient on the offensive end. We did not anticipate the corn husters looking like to golden state warriors from 2017. First half total in this game, by the way, if you're wondering, was 61. And we already have 58 points in their 740 to go. This might be an all time beat if this one didn't go over the first half total.

5:14I'm going to go ahead and say, if you have a first half over, you're feeling pretty good. You can start thinking about what you're going to do with those winnings as it is a 34, 24 game. What's seven and a half minutes? Well, it's interesting to when we talked to Chuck Esposito out the Red Rock Sportsbook. Chuck said, uh, sharper money on the under in the Iowa Nebraska total. It's obvious to drop from one 34 and a half to one 31, but the public playing it over. So public better is pretty happy with this first half between Iowa and Nebraska. So it really looks like the public will have a winner there. Matt, we've talked a bunch about Illinois in Houston. We heard a great sound by from Brad Underwood, just a moment ago. Say, look, I don't care where this game's being played. Right. It's going to be hard playing Houston anywhere. So I think it's a fair way to look at it. Total and that one 140 140 and a half. Let's look at Arkansas and Arizona a little bit here. Right now, consensus number eight. There is a seven and a half at draft kings. There is an eight and a half at bed MGM. So depending on what side you want to bet in this one, Matt, I don't often play favorites, but I ended up laying a little bit with Arizona late seven and a half.

6:17And it's eight in our contest, the circa college hoops contest. So I did lay eight there with Arizona. I just wonder about the depth of Arkansas, the size of Arizona and what we discussed. As much as you and I love Darius Acuff, he is a turn style defensively and Braden Burries and and Jaden Bradley should should be able to have a decent day against against that backward offensively analyze teams based on matchup. She's going to love Arizona in this game because you got two guards who can dribble drive the way to the rim that get the rim almost any time they want to get the Arkansas guards. So you're going to have dribble penetration from the guards. You got big men who can dominate in the low post for Arizona. Those guys can step out and score too. But when you have guards who can get to the rim and you got a big front line that's talented and physical, I'm not sure how Arkansas is going to contend with this for 40 minutes. And also the razor backs don't have a lot of depth now, not very good defensively. You don't have a lot of depth and that's a double trouble for Arkansas.

7:20So even though I hate laying the points and when you get this deep in the tournament, when you're talking about big number like eight or more, I'm not this is one dog. I'm not going to play tonight. And I think Arizona should roll. It is worth pointing out. Nick Pringle will be back for Arkansas. So certainly helps for their depth. Carter Cox or Carter Knox, a bigger pardon is still out for Arkansas. So the depth gets a little bit of a pick me up. If you look at the return here of Carter Knox, excuse me, of Nick Pringle, just said it. Carter Knox is out. So Nick Pringle will be back. So that's a big boost there for Arkansas from a depth. Stand tennis type of game where Darius A Cuff could go off for 30 points. He's also going to give up a bunch on the other end and Arkansas loses by 10, right? Yep. 10 or more 10, 12, whatever. Something like that. Yeah. I mean, you wonder. I'm not going to say it's going to be what floored it into him 111 to 77, but is there a chance to Arizona extends this and wins big? But as we pointed out, if you're into trends, the trend is pretty friendly to John Calipari

8:23as an underdog in the NCAA tournament. This is the biggest spread he has ever faced. Seven and a half was the previous largest when he was at UMass in 1996 and that's final four. And since he's gone to the SEC from Memphis, Kentucky and now Arkansas 11, 0 and 1 in tournament settings, whether it be the SEC or NCAA as an underdog. So a quick update as we sit here under six minutes to go. It is 36 to 28 Nebraska with the lead and a little little savvy Hoiberg being a being the bulldog that he is driving in total back up to 152 and a half. This game is not slowing down at all Nebraska playing to their pace and playing the way that they want it to be played, Matt. This is a team in Nebraska that had a 57-52 game against Iowa and now, Matt, I mean, it is a clinic that Nebraska is putting on against a pretty good defensive team in Iowa

9:27right now. All guys get a tip in and kind of to 38-30, but you're right, I watched that first game of 57-52 game. Also the second game was higher scoring and it went to overtime. So two games between these teams, they were played at different paces, completely different paces, one high scoring, one the lower, really low scoring and right now, this is basically more like the ladder match up between the two that was playing the link in Nebraska about a month ago, 40-30 corn huskers going to lead. Tim, how about this, another big dunk from Iowa, man. I tell you what, this is actually a hell of a game. All guys are going to have to find a way to slow down the corn huskers a little bit, pull a little bit tighter, but how about this, these trends and the NCAA tournaments? So far going into the sweet 16. Favorites are 39 and 9 straight up, 28 and 28 T.S. Not great for your dog, man. Not great for us. Man, the pace in this Iowa Nebraska game, not what I was anticipating. This game has been frantic and both these teams have been stepping up. Maybe that makes you look at a second and a half under, right? Because I don't know if they can play at the same pace or have the same type of shot making here in the second half. Right now, as we await this Iowa possession, so we're nearing the under four media time out in this game, it's 40 to 35. So we're going to get a three here from Bennett Sturts, a step back three as Bennett Sturts now at 10 points, Matt, both these teams are out of their minds from an offensive standpoint. Here are the splits for Iowa, 60% from the field, 71% from three, 86% from the line.

I don't know if I can bet it again, but it's hard to imagine after these teams go into the locker room that they continue to play at this pace. I think the second half is going to slow down and the shot making is going to decrease a little bit as well. 28:19Cougars taken on the Illinois fighting a line I total around 140 we've seen some market support on the align I hear down from three and a half to two and a half do you agree with that move on the align I side Bruce I do not necessarily happy with it but I agree because I like Illinois I can see it now I mean obviously the venue here it's about five miles from campus in Houston so sort of an edge there hometown edge for Houston sort of I mean Illinois played a lot of road games this year won a lot of games at hostile places on the road won some games at neutral courts they beat Tennessee handily in Nashville this season they ripped the Mizzou and St. Louis this year so I mean these the venue and that I don't think it's going to bother Illinois that much and this is not this is an NBA arena it's not like the home court really for Houston so I think that gives a whole parole in Illinois but they don't need much help I mean this team they have NBA size I mean they had the lineup averages about six eight waggers every bit is good I think is Kingston flying the other way who was really a revelation for Houston this year and the defense

29:21is still Houston tough and I know that but here's another program that is found banana peels along the way now last year they took it all the way to the final game with Houston but you know I go back into the late 60s with Houston and they all even great Houston teams always seem to find a banana peel somewhere in the dance they have never won the title and I don't I don't think this is Samson's best team I think they go out tonight I think Illinois wins and by the way the big 10 has been really tough in the tournament and I think that carries over the night to the end of the night that is if the line I have a great history in this tournament either in terms of going deep but more about these teams and the way they match up Bruce do you think Illinois is tough enough is this why I team tough enough to take Houston out and you know this game gets down to one or two possession game in the last four minutes and that might be a problem for only I think they're going to have to bold out to a lead I think they've got more explosiveness than Houston for their case they should be ahead if their head seven to ten inside of ten minutes I like their chances

30:23and that's now you mentioned Matt that would be a problem because Houston does have a way of gutting out some of these games and we have seen Illinois on occasion this year make you know not deliver in those situations but when everything is hitting when all all the cylinders are popping I mean this team is really good they can shoot breeze they have got size and I think they can expand the lead and not get involved in a one or two possession game in the last few minutes I think you I think Illinois can win but like you say that would be tricky for them if they got in that situation Bruce Friday in the east how about St. John's do Kelvin match up here I know you're playing a lot of dogs in this round did you take seven with the red storm I did a little bit more reluctantly here because you know every time I watch St. John's I get scared they don't shoot that great although they're shooting a little better in the dance they've made at least ten triples in each of the first two games so that's gotten better for them but maybe it's just because I still remember that Yukon game where they have that over 24 slump and other times they

31:28just you know can't seem to make a shot but I mean listen patina was coaching around that they've won 21 of their last 22 and Domba coming back for Duke was important I played 13 minutes last last weekend against DCU he will play more and that should relieve cam booster of having to play all the game at the five and certainly in defense he's not a great rim projector and he's a little out of sorts when he has to you know play you know play there when Domba wasn't there but now the other big is there he won't have to do that as much nonetheless still you know without the with the point guard still out for Duke I think they're going to have trouble pulling away and St. John's can turn this into a big east style bully ball game and hang around and have a chance and for patino he's waited what 34 years to get revenge on Duke I guess he's having a few other chances but remember that late in their game in 1992 when he said Kentucky I sure do boy I think
